Heather Lynch loves her new job with Southwest Virginia Community Health System - a job she got as a result of her externship in the medical assisting degree program at the Bristol Campus.
Located near the Virginia/Tennessee state line, the Bristol campus is easily accessible from I-81 (exit 74B) just past the Tennessee State Welcome Center, serving students throughout the Tri-Cities region.

Dennis AnthonyDirector of IT ProgramsDennis Anthony has served in a variety of business management positions, including Vice President of Marketing & Sales, Director of International Business Development, Director of Domestic Marketing & Sales, and Director of Corporate Training. During his business career, he traveled to and developed business in 38 countries. Dennis received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialty in Marketing from Indiana University - South Bend and his Master of Business Administration degree from Bristol University. He is an instructor at the National College Bristol Campus, where he also serves as the Director of IT Programs. He instructs many of the ISE courses, in addition to Principles of Accounting, Algebra, Understanding Mathematics, and a variety of business courses. Anthony also serves as the Department Chair for the Computer Applications program and Chairs the Campus Academic Committee and the Campus Advisory Board. |

Cheryl BeilharzInstructorBBA; MS Cheryl Beilharz has served in a variety of positions within the association management industry, including administrative assistant, manager membership services, assistant director database services, systems administrator, and she is currently a technical consultant for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Kingsport. Cheryl is retired from the Army Reserve, her last position being senior instructor for counter-intelligence. Cheryl received her bachelor's degree in business administration from Wilmington College and her master's degree in computer information systems from Strayer University. She teaches server administration, network infrastructure, active directory, desktop technician, and other courses at the National College of Business & Technology Bristol Campus. |

Charles CarrollInstructorBSN, BSE, AAS, CEN, NREMT-P Charles Carroll has worked in the medical field for the past 23 years. He is a Certified Emergency Nurse and is currently working as a flight nurse with a local medical helicopter flight service. Charles obtained his nursing degree from St. Joseph Nursing School and completed his Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at King College. Charles is an instructor of medical terminology and medical assisting courses at the Bristol Campus. |

Sheri JesseeDirector of Health Care EducationAAS, LPN, RMA Sheri Jessee has worked in the medical field for more than 20 years. She holds an associate degree and is a Licensed Practical Nurse and a Registered Medical Assistant. Sheri serves as Director of Health Care Education for the National College Bristol Campus, where she instructs medical courses and oversees the medical programs. |

Richard MillerInstructorM.D.; B.S. Dr. Richard Miller graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from East Tennessee State University and graduated with a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University Of Tennessee College Of Medicine. He completed a Family Practice Residency program at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, earning Board Certification in the specialty of Family Practice. Since residency, Richard has worked in a variety of medical practice positions including group and individual family practice positions and served as Emergency Room Physician for several East Tennessee hospitals while under contract with Emergency Coverage Corporation. He served as chief of staff for a hospital in middle Tennessee for one year while operating a family practice in the community for 9 years and obtained a grant from the Upper Cumberland Community Health Agency for his work in a rural Tennessee physician shortage area. He has served as an instructor for National College teaching medical and clinical classes at the Bristol Campus since 2005. |

Jonathan WorleyDepartment Chair - Business ManagementMA, BS Jonathan Worley has been a small business owner in the Tri-Cities for thirty-seven years. In this capacity, he oversees daily operations of all aspects of business operations. Jonathan received his bachelor's degree in Organizational Management and his Master of Arts degree in Education from Tusculum College. He is an instructor at the National College Bristol Campus, where he also serves as Department Chair of the Business Management program. |
