Virtual Libraries
The libraries at each National College campus are the most reliable and technologically advanced sources in the community for current information, thanks to National's Virtual Library. This comprehensive resource consists of a number of giant databases from which you can search thousands of periodicals, newspapers, reference books, and academic journals.
National's Virtual Library features databases relating to the specific fields of study offered by the College: business, computers, health care, prescription drugs, and general academic information, most of which is not available on the World Wide Web. It allows you to search a subject from one or more databases simultaneously. Online search tips are provided, and assistance is always available from your librarian.
Of the 600 computers in use at National's facilities, nearly 200 are specifically for use with the Virtual Library. Students may access the Library anytime, anywhere, from any computer connected to the Internet. This is a lifetime benefit that will help graduates maintain their skills and stay up to date with the latest knowledge in their career field.
