Return Policy

All items are returnable within 30 days from purchase. Products must be in new condition, and original receipt is required. All returns will be credited back to the original card used for the purchase. Prior to returning an item, the buyer must complete the Customer Service email and use the enclosed return shipping label. Please allow 3-5 business days from the date of receipt for the charge to be credited back to your credit card. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Shipping

National College offers standard ground shipping. Depending on your address, you will receive your order via DHL, UPS or FedEx Ground. In order to keep our customers costs as low as possible, National College does not charge any handling fees. Your order will be received within 5-7 business days or earlier from the date of purchase. Items ordered by 3:00pm EST Monday- Friday will be shipped the same day . Orders placed after 3:00pm EST will be shipped the following business day. National College observes all Federal holidays. The following shipping charges apply to all items:

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged for orders shipped to VA, KY, TN, OH, and IN based on the sales tax rate for each state. Sales tax will not be assessed to the shipping charges.

Privacy

We will protect your privacy by NOT sharing your email address with anyone. When you ask a question or place an order online, your email address will stay with us. This degree of security means you will receive no correspondence unless it’s from us and relates directly to your question or order.

Our order forms are encrypted by our secure server to guarantee that the information can be read by us only. It will appear as indecipherable gibberish if the data is intercepted by an unauthorized source.
