"gLove" Campaign

The Surgical Technology program at the Youngstown Campus is currently hard at work helping a great cause! Until the first week in November, students in Surgical Technology Director Charlotte Walker’s and Clinical Coordinator Debra Romeo’s classes will be participating in a national “gLove” Our World One Heart At A Time campaign. The concept is “Our gloved hands will gLove the community.” Students will be collecting gloves, mittens, hats and scarves for the needy. The group hopes to send the donations to local battered women’s and homeless shelters. The Student Activities Council is offering a chance at a $50 gas card to everyone who donates.
