National College Honors Veterans
Stacie Dziak, lead manager for the Youngstown Campus and student in the Health Information Technology program, planned a beautiful Veterans Day ceremony that was held on campus with members of the Boardman area recruiter's color guard unit in attendance. Sgt. Michael Kehoe delivered a speech on the history of Armistice Day which is now known as Veterans Day. Instructor Roger Juntunen, Air Force Veteran, gave an inspiring speech about purpose and the code of conduct. He also talked about a national cemetery for veterans called the "Western Reserve National Cemetery" located near Akron. Sgt. 1st Class Clark read the soldiers prayer on the cake before cutting it.
