Dressed to Impress
Dressed for success and with a résumé in hand, medical assisting student David Penn (pictured) met with Dawn Prillaman, the Human Resources Specialist from Piedmont Community Services, at the Martinsville Campus’s spring job fair on Friday, May 15th. David will graduate this May and is looking for a new job to start his career. He stopped to talk with Dawn about possible employment opportunities with the behavioral health services provider. David, along with other National College students and the public, attended the campus’s spring job fair to explore employment opportunities with a variety of businesses in the area. There were 22 companies present, and they were recruiting for positions in customer service, sales, home health care, behavioral services, and manufacturing. The company representatives were pleased with the interest and the number of applications and resumes they received from students and the public.
