Constitution Celebration

The Madison Campus recently celebrated Constitution Day with refreshments, a scavenger hunt and a brief history lesson. Instructor Jim Deppen (pictured) explained the amendments in the Constitution while student Jones Patterson held up a display of articles pertaining to specific amendments.
They also participated in a Constitution scavenger hunt with the clues hidden throughout the school. Students had to find the answers to the ten questions about the Constitution including: “How many amendments are there to today’s US Constitution” (27th) and “Thanks to this Amendment, wives could go with their husbands and vote on Election Day” (19th). The top ten winners were able to choose their own National College apparel as a prize.
