Donation to Next Stage
With help from the College’s Community Relations Fund, the Madison Campus was pleased to donate $400 to Next Stage, Inc. They are a nonprofit organization that formed in 2004 to provide assistance to homeless veterans. The primary objectives include job training, housing, outreach plus referrals to federal, state and local employment agencies and housing providers. The programs offered include outreach services to individuals and group-training classes. Customized training classes are designed to assist homeless veterans to gain the basic occupational skills required when seeking employment.
