A Matter of Attitude
A new incentive award has been introduced at the Indianapolis Campus: the National College Attitude of the Month Award Program. Each month, the campus will present this award to those students who try hard and inspire others with their positive attitude.
July's Attitude of the Month winners were chosen from among faculty recommendations, and two were selected to receive the awards. Students Cynthia Arnold and Yvonne Headrick (pictured below with General Education Chair John Capella and Campus Director Eileen Taylor) received certificates and enjoyed cake with the staff at the Friday staff meeting.
This honor and achievement will be valuable in a student's portfolio as he/she pursues a career. Positive attitudes are not taken for granted by employers. John Capella, Chair of General Education and Shawn McPartland, Chair of Pharmacy Tech. will serve as the screening committee for nominees.
