Funds and Food Drive
Student Activity Council members Wilhelmina Alexander, Monica Beasley, Adrienne Best, Cecily Polk, Lawrence Amadi and LaTasha Young coordinated a canned food drive and bake sale to raise money for people in the Indianapolis area in need of assistance. The event began on March 17th, St. Patrick’s Day, and ended on Thursday March 20th. The students sold fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies and collected canned foods from students, faculty, and staff. The funds and donated food items will be given to a local charity to assist homeless and needy families. We are proud of the work the Students Activity Council is doing for the Indianapolis Campus. Keep up the good work!
