Lacy E. Boyd Jr. has over 35 years of experience in Information Technology working for Xerox Corporation and Lexmark International. He is a U. S. Navy Veteran and has worked as a Systems Analyst, Systems Consultant and Corporate Instructor and trainer. He owns Grand$ystems Consultants who focuses mainly on Health Information Technologies. Lacy received an associate degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Indiana Wesleyan and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Informatics at the Indiana University School of Informatics in Indianapolis. Lacy had an article, "Evolving Technologies: Are We Ready," published in the inaugural issue of a new online, peer-reviewed publication, titled Instructional Practice in Higher Education: an Online Journal. He is an instructor in the IT department at the Indianapolis Campus.

John Capella received a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism with a business management minor from Ohio University. He served in the United States Air Force, where he was promoted to 1st Lieutenant, and then worked for General Motors (Chevrolet Motor Division) in various sales and marketing capacities, such as District Manager, Sales Promotion Manager, Zone Business Manager, and was promoted to the central office as National Training Manager and Business Manager. During his Chevrolet career, he received the District Manager of the Year award four times, won National Sales Activities, and was selected to attend the prestigious Wharton School of Business. John has also created his own consulting business, has worked at dealerships as Promotional and Marketing Manager, and served as Director of Marketing/Admissions Coordinator for Northwood University in Indianapolis. John currently serves as department chair for General Education at National College in Indianapolis, where he is an instructor in English Composition, Preparatory English, Written Communications, and Oral Communications. He recently received an Outstanding Instructor Award from the IAPCS and an Outstanding Service Award from National College. He is sponsor of the Indianapolis Campus Student Activity Council (SAC) and has created programs such as Attitude of the Month and Top Educator of the Term.

Dr. Robert Hale serves as an instructor at the National College Lexington Campus. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in education, a Master of Arts degree in education, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in religion and society. Robert also serves as an instructor through classroom-conferencing for the Danville, VA, Harrisonburg, and Indianapolis Campuses. In 2011 Dr. Hale was presented the "Rising Star" educator award by McGraw Hill and the Kentucky Association of Career Colleges and Schools. Dr. Hale received the "Distinguished Teaching Award" from the Kentucky Division of National College in 2012.

David Hoagland has a bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). David has experience in many areas of accounting, including public practice, governmental accounting and industry and has served as staff accountant, manufacturing accountant, division director, and chief financial officer (CFO). He has owned and operated various businesses during his career and is a member of his state (KSCPA) and national (AICPA) accounting organizations. David teaches primarily accounting and business courses at the National College Lexington Campus. He also serves as an instructor through classroom-conferencing for the Harrisonburg and Indianapolis Campuses.

Michael Jefferson graduated with a Master of Science degree in Media Arts and Science from Indiana University in Indianapolis and graduated with honors from Jackson State University with a degree in Political Science/Pre-Law. He is an instructor at the National College Indianapolis Campus, where he also serves as Department Chair of IT Programs. Michael was also offered an opportunity to become an inspector by the lead ACICS reviewer. He served as Interim Campus Director for the Indianapolis Campus in 2011.

Kim Neal has worked in the medical field for more than 15 years and is presently an instructor in health care education at National College in Indianapolis, where she teaches medical office finance, medical office procedures, and other IT courses. She earned her Master of Business Administration/ Master of Health Care Management degree from Indiana Wesleyan University, as well as her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Business Information Systems.

George Oberg has served in many accounting and financial positions in the manufacturing, extractive and service industries including cost, financial reporting, treasury, chief financial officer, and has had operations oversight responsibilities. He currently owns and operates a horse breeding marketing and sales company. George received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Elmhurst College and a Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the Keller Graduate School of Management. He is an instructor of most business and accounting courses offered at the National College Lexington Campus. George also serves as an instructor through classroom-conferencing for the Danville, VA, Indianapolis, and Lynchburg Campuses.

Victoria Payne is an instructor of Health Information Technology courses at the Indianapolis Campus. She has worked full time in the medical field for 17 years in a variety of capacities, including positions in accounts receivable, coding, compliance and management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from IUPUI and holds certification as a Certified Professional Coder by the AAPC.

Thomas Todhunter served for 22 years in the United States Army Signal Corps, Global Strategic, and Tactical Analog and Digital Systems. He has over 20 years of progressive work experience in telecommunications, including computerized information systems and system administration at the LAN and Wan and Global Network-level. His certifications include CISSP; MCSA; Security +; A+; MOUS; Net+; Friezen Kay Instructor Certification; I3 System Admin, Install, and Handler Development. Thomas holds a Master of Science degree from University of South Carolina in management information systems and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Kent State University. He is an instructor in the IT department at the National College Indianapolis Campus.

She has worked in the past as a family, group, and individual counselor for children/adolescents and their families. Kirsten is an instructor of a variety of general education courses at the Indianapolis Campus, including Psychology, Cultural Appreciation, Ethics, Human Relations in Organizations, and Logic and Critical Thinking.
