Lacy E. Boyd Jr. has over 35 years of experience in Information Technology working for Xerox Corporation and Lexmark International. He is a U. S. Navy Veteran and has worked as a Systems Analyst, Systems Consultant and Corporate Instructor and trainer. He owns Grand$ystems Consultants who focuses mainly on Health Information Technologies. Lacy received an associate degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Kentucky, a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Indiana Wesleyan, and a Master of Science degree in Health Care Management. Lacy had an article, "Evolving Technologies: Are We Ready," published in the inaugural issue of a new online, peer-reviewed publication, titled Instructional Practice in Higher Education: an Online Journal. He is an instructor in the IT department at the Indianapolis Campus.

John Capella received a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism with a business management minor from Ohio University. He served in the United States Air Force, where he was promoted to 1st Lieutenant, and then worked for General Motors (Chevrolet Motor Division) in various sales and marketing capacities, such as District Manager, Sales Promotion Manager, Zone Business Manager, and was promoted to the central office as National Training Manager and Business Manager. During his Chevrolet career, he received the District Manager of the Year award four times, won National Sales Activities, and was selected to attend the prestigious Wharton School of Business. John has also created his own consulting business, has worked at dealerships as Promotional and Marketing Manager, and served as Director of Marketing/Admissions Coordinator for Northwood University in Indianapolis. John currently serves as department chair for General Education at National College in Indianapolis, where he is an instructor in English Composition, Preparatory English, Written Communications, and Oral Communications. He recently received an Outstanding Instructor Award from the IAPCS and an Outstanding Service Award from National College. He is sponsor of the Indianapolis Campus Student Activity Council (SAC) and has created programs such as Attitude of the Month and Top Educator of the Term.

Annette Chamberlin has served in a variety of positions within the business community, including Health Care Consultant, Vice President of Field Operations, Regional Director of Operations and Management, Marketing Director, Retail Consultant, Merchandising Consultant, and Buyer Strategist and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for several local businesses. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Roanoke College, a Master of Business Administration degree from Averett University, a Master of Arts degree in History from Virginia Tech, and a Ph.D. from Virginia Tech. Annette serves as chair of the Master's Program at the American National University Roanoke Valley Campus and has delivered several professional seminars and talks on management and teaching for professional organizations. She is an instructor of management, organizational behavior, leadership, and business policy courses. She also serves as an instructor for the ANU Online program and for the Indianapolis Campus through classroom conferencing.

Michael Jefferson graduated with a Master of Science degree in Media Arts and Science from Indiana University in Indianapolis and graduated with honors from Jackson State University with a degree in Political Science/Pre-Law. He is an instructor at the National College Indianapolis Campus, where he also serves as Department Chair of IT Programs. Michael was also offered an opportunity to become an inspector by the lead ACICS reviewer. He served as Interim Campus Director for the Indianapolis Campus in 2011.

Michael Jordan holds a bachelor's degree in Computers and Electrical Engineering, a Master of Business Administration degree, a master's degree in Computer Resources and Information Management, and several Microsoft certifications. He has twenty years of technology-focused experience in education, business consulting, six sigma improvement, and project management in multiple countries and environments, including business startups with angel and venture funding. Michael is an accreditation evaluator and program specialist for the national accreditation organization ACICS. Additionally, he continues to serve his country as a Commander and Drilling Reservist in the U.S. Navy and has been the recipient of several military awards, including two Navy Commendation Medals, three Naval Achievement Medals, an Air Medal, and other personal and service awards. Michael is an information technology instructor at National College's Indianapolis Campus.

Kim Neal has worked in the medical field for more than 15 years and is presently an instructor in health care education at National College in Indianapolis, where she teaches medical office finance, medical office procedures, and other IT courses. She earned her Master of Business Administration/ Master of Health Care Management degree from Indiana Wesleyan University, as well as her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Business Information Systems.

George Oberg has served in many accounting and financial positions in the manufacturing, extractive and service industries including cost, financial reporting, treasury, chief financial officer, and has had operations oversight responsibilities. He currently owns and operates a horse breeding marketing and sales company. George received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Elmhurst College and a Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the Keller Graduate School of Management. He is an instructor of most business and accounting courses offered at the National College Lexington Campus. George also serves as an instructor through classroom-conferencing for the Danville, VA, Indianapolis, and Lynchburg Campuses.

Victoria Payne - Instructor

Victoria Payne is an instructor of Health Information Technology courses at the Indianapolis Campus. She has worked full time in the medical field for 17 years in a variety of capacities, including positions in accounts receivable, coding, compliance and management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from IUPUI and holds certification as a Certified Professional Coder by the AAPC.

Patricia Ridge has worked in the health care field for over 10 years and is presently the Director of Health Care Education at National College in Indianapolis. She holds an associate's degree from Indiana Business College and is a Certified Medical Assistant through AAMA. She is an instructor of medical terminology, invasive and non-invasive clinical procedures, as well as other medical courses.

Demelece Stewart has worked in the Accounting field for over 12 years. She received her associate degree in accounting from Ivy Tech Community College, a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, and a Master of Business Administration degree specializing in accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is an instructor of accounting, business, and general education courses at the National College Indianapolis Campus and serves as department chair for the accounting program.

She has an associate degree in Health Care Support from Ivy Tech Community College and is an instructor at the National College Indianapolis Campus.
