Two Recent Graduates Share Their Success on Proficiency Exams

The Florence Campus is justifiably proud of two of its star students. Citing the quality course work and teaching they received at National College both Elaine Yoder, medical coding and billing student, and Crystal Abrams, pharmacy technician student, have passed their national certification tests in their respective fields.
Elaine (left) has successfully passed the Certified Professional Coding exam which was administered in Louisville, Kentucky.
This accomplishment for the former registered nurse is all the more extraordinary as she is a native of France and had to overcome not only the inherent difficulties of the courses, but also the language barrier.
Soon after she learned that she passed, Elaine contacted her instructors to share her good news and thanked them for helping her succeed.
Crystal (right) also caught some of the lime light this past week by passing her Pharmacy Tech Certification Board exam.
Remarkably she took the test during week four of her last term, well ahead of schedule.
A working mother, Abrams took great strides to balance her responsibilities at work, school, and home to achieve this great goal.
