Our Business Administration Management program provides students with business training in general administrative skills as well as a diversified background in business management principles. The broad knowledge gained will provide a solid base for entry into a wide range of corporate positions such as marketing, sales, administration, human resources, accounting, and even business ownership. Studies include accounting, business law, computer systems and software technologies, marketing, supervisory management, consumer behavior, communications, and small business management.

Dorreth Bailey-Oldacre


BS, M.Ed

Dorreth Bailey-Oldacre received her Bachelor of Science degree in Information Processing System from the University of Cincinnati and her Master of Education degree with a Specialization in Curriculum and Instruction Computer Education from the University of Phoenix. She is an instructor of software applications at National College's Cincinnati and Florence Campuses.

Carla Bernardino - Instructor

Carla Bernardino



Carla Bernardino has 27 years of experience as an Information Technology professional with 13 of those years served in management roles. Carla received her Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati. She has been an instructor of Microsoft applications with National College since the opening of the Cincinnati Campus in 2005.

Gail Clark - Instructor

Gail Clark



Gail Clark began her career in Nursing and advanced to Health Care Administration, accumulating over 20 years of experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs and with a major Managed Care Organization. She holds an Associate of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Cincinnati and is a Licensed Practical Nurse through the Norfolk Technical Vocational Center. She is an instructor in the Health Care program at the National College Cincinnati Campus.

Rebecca Cook

Director of Health Information Technology


Rebecca Cook has served in a variety of leadership positions in the business, non-profit, and health care industry, including data analyst, medical coding, and administrator. She has a Master of Arts degree in human services with a concentration in health and wellness counseling, a bachelor's degree in business administration and health care administration, a post-bachelor certificate in health information administration, and an associate degree in medical administrative assisting. She is also a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), Certified Documentation Improvement Practitioner (CDIP), Certified Coding Specialist-Physician (CCS-P), and an AHIMA-Approved ICD-10-CM/PCS Trainer. She is pursuing an Education Specialist degree. Rebecca is an instructor at the National College Cincinnati Campus, where she also serves as Director of Health Information Technology.

Claude Dallas - Instructor

Claude Dallas


B.S.; M.S.; M.A.; CPhT

Claude Dallas holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University, a Master of Science degree from University of Cincinnati, a Master of Arts degree from Liberty University, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education degree through Liberty University. His professional career includes seven years with Pfizer, Inc. selling fine chemicals to food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic manufacturers in Los Angeles before moving to the Medical Products Division of Minnesota Manufacturing and Mining Co. selling respirators and radioactive seeds for implantation. Claude gained experience as a Certified Pharmacy Technician through Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy. He is a published author, having contributed a chapter to the book "Men to Men" by Zondervan Publishing and a book of poems, "A Legacy of Love: Bridging the Gap," with Xlibris, Inc publishers. Claude serves as an instructor in the health care program at the National College Cincinnati Campus.

Department Chair - General Education

Missy Finan serves as the Department Chair for General Education at the National College Cincinnati Campus, where she has been an instructor for 6 years. She is an instructor of courses in English Composition, Written Communication, and Oral Communication. She holds a bachelor's degree in English Literature, a master's degree in Education, and a master's degree in English.

Eric Jackson - Instructor

Eric Jackson



Eric Jackson has worked for several years in the financial services industry and holds licenses in insurance (life and health) and investment (Series 6). He received his bachelor's degree in Business & Economics from Washington University, and his Master of Business Administration degree from Xavier University. Eric continues his professional development in leadership, management, and economic development by serving on the board and committees of the local chapter of a national MBA non-profit organization. He is an instructor of economics and management courses at the National College Cincinnati Campus.

Wenona Johnson - Instructor

Wenona Johnson



Wenona Johnson is an instructor of accounting courses at National College and has been in the educational field for 11 years. She has more than 17 years of experience as a financial and operations auditor for the U.S. General Accounting Office, as well as 10 years of experience as the owner of her own tax and financial services business. Wenona has over 15 years of experience working with non-profit organizations and has worked as a treasurer for numerous organizations as well as for a political candidate. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Kevin Stewart - Director of Surgical Technology

Director of Surgical Technology


Kevin Stewart has worked as a surgical technologist and surgical assistant for 28 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Cincinnati, an Associate degree in Applied Science - Surgical Technology from Sinclair Community College, and a Certification as a Surgical First Assistant from Cincinnati State University. Kevin currently serves as the Director of Surgical Technology at the National College Cincinnati Campus.

Gerry Washington - Instructor

Gerry Washington



Gerry L. Washington received his Juris Doctor degree from Capital University Law School, his Master of Business Administration degree in Management from Marshall University, and his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the Ohio State University in Columbus, OH. Gerry has experience as a Research Attorney and Account Manager. He is an instructor of business and law courses at the National College Cincinnati and Florence Campuses, and he serves as department chair for the bachelor of business management program at the Cincinnati Campus.

The TechSolve Business Park is just off Exit 9 of I-75 at the intersection of Paddock Road and Seymour Ave.

Coming south on Paddock, turn left onto Seymour and then right onto Steger Drive into the Park. Our two-story campus is on the right.

From I-71, take the Norwood Lateral (Rt 562) and exit onto Paddock Road, going north past Maketewah Country Club, then right on Seymour and right into the Park.
