Temporary Job - Lifetime Experience
The Bristol Campus has a working relationship with area staffing service providers which help students find temporary employment in between terms. One such student is Anita Mullins who will be graduating in November with an associate degree in the administrative office professional program.
With the help of Pro Staff, Client Operations Manager Andrea Bunch assisted Anita with a temporary position with Touchstone Wireless. Anita is able to gain experience as a front office receptionist at Touchstone Wireless and can use the work experience on her resume.
Anita took a moment between phone calls to talk about her work and how she felt about this win-win situation. “This is great, I feel challenged to use what I have learned in a fast paced environment.” She continued with a smile, “I am more confident now.” Anita will continue her education in September and will soon be looking for an administrative assistant position.
