"Do Your Best"

When you see John Mullins in school you know he is working hard on something. Whether it is a class assignment, extra credit, or keeping up with what is needed by the student services or financial planning departments. His grades also reflect his “never give up” attitude.
John is a double major in the computer applications technology and business administration – accounting degree programs. He began taking classes in March 2008 and plans to finish in November 2010. National appealed to him because of the small class sizes. He liked the idea of having more time with his instructor if needed. He also liked that National offered the computer skills he wanted to learn.
John’s advice to other college students: “Take pride in yourselves and your school. Realize what a tremendous opportunity you have to learn a wonderful career. Do your best always.”
