A Developing Double Major
Looking at her now, a confident young woman who is the President of the Student Activities Council at the Akron Area Campus, no one would guess that Felicia Robinson (pictured) used to be quiet and shy. “I’ve developed since I’ve been [at National]… boy did I develop… and I love it,” she states with pride. And she doesn’t plan on stopping that progress any time soon. As a current double major in the health information technology and business administration degree programs, Felicia looks forward to going on to get her bachelor’s and master’s degrees. Eventually she hopes to combine her love for research with her passion for helping people as a director in the health information technology field. Her aspirations don’t stop there – “I’d like to start my own business; that’s a second goal,” she shares, and she’s already well on her way at National to gaining the skills and experience she needs to accomplish that dream.
