National College welcomes applications for admission from international applicants across the globe. Throughout the years, it has been our honor to welcome undergraduate programs and Master of Business Administration (MBA) students from as many as 100 countries and to broaden the horizon of their future through international education and diversity.
National College staff members help our international students with their initial adjustment to the College and the surrounding areas, and assist them throughout their entire stay providing social and cultural activities, answering questions and giving advice about personal concerns, cultural differences, immigration regulations, and financial matters.
The information below is for international students seeking an undergraduate education, which includes our Associate's degree, and Bachelor's degree programs.

Applicants interested in improving their English language skills may study at the National College English Language Institute before being admitted to National College. Our English as a Second Language program is designed for those who wish to learn or enhance their communication skills in the English language and develop a better use of the language in the academic setting.
In addition to the general requirements of the College, all international students must demonstrate proficiency in English and meet one of the following six (6) requirements:
Note: The applicant may, at National College's discretion, be tested on arrival to the campus using the Michigan Test of Language Acquisition. If test results indicate, National College reserves the right to place the student in the College's English as a Second Language Program until sufficient English speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills are acquired.
Current policies of the U.S. Immigration Department state that international students must prove that financial responsibility will be met. Once these requirements have been met and the student is accepted for admission to the College, an I-20 will be issued. Upon receipt of the I-20 the student is required to complete the form I-901 and submit a $200 fee to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. These students are covered under the institution's regular refund policy.

National College campuses are non-residential. No housing or dormitory space is provided by the college, nor are there host family arrangements for undergraduate or MBA students. International students will need to secure their own housing arrangements. Check with the Director of International Programs for housing referrals in the local communities.
Please note that all documents must be submitted in English. The online application process is not available for international applicants.
We will be able to make an admission decision upon receipt of the following documents:
