Kentucky Educational Excellence Scholarship


This merit scholarship is funded by the state of Kentucky for Kentucky high school graduates or GED recipients attending college in Kentucky. Award amounts are determined by the student's academic performance in high school. Supplemental awards may be made based on a student's ACT or SAT score. Award amounts currently range from $125 to $1500 per year.

Imagine America Scholarship Program


What Is The Imagine America Scholarship? Introduced in 1998 by the Career Training Foundation, the Imagine America Scholarship aims to reduce the growing "skills gap" in America. Any graduating high school senior can be considered for selection for one of the three scholarships available per high school. Will You Be One Of Them? The Imagine America Scholarship gives 10,000 graduating high school seniors scholarships of $1,000 to be used at 872 participating career colleges and schools across the country. You Can Participate In The Imagine America Scholarship If: You attend any private postsecondary institution that is accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Baccalaureate Studies Scholarship


This scholarship, funded by National College , is designed for students enrolled in a Baccalaureate program who have graduated with at least a 2.75 cumulative grade point average from an Associate Degree program at another college. Students must be enrolled on at least a half-time basis to qualify for this scholarship. Awards are made up to $1,260 per award year.

Alumni Studies Scholarship


This scholarship, funded by National, is designed for National College Associate's Degree graduates with a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.5 who continue into a Baccalaureate program on at least a half-time basis. Awards are made of up to $1,260 per award year.

Advanced Studies Scholarship


This scholarship is funded by National College and is designed for students enrolled on at least a half-time basis in a double major or major/minor program. Such students are evaluated for eligibility upon completion of 96 credit hours. Awards of up to $1,260 per award year are made to students with a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.0.

Joseph E. Hurn Academic Performance Scholarship


National College funds this scholarship to honor Joseph E. Hurn, a former Chairman of the Board of Directors, who provided invaluable guidance to the college through periods of growth with a constant emphasis on academic excellence. The Hurn Academic Performance Scholarship is designed to recognize, award and assist those students who excel in their studies at National and to encourage them to continue to excel while pursuing their education program. The Hurn Academic Performance Scholarship is based on a student's performance measured after the successful completion of 48 credit hours of study at National. Full tme students with a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher are eligible to receive up to $1,050 during their programsof study

Honors Scholarship


This National College scholarship is designed to recognize, award, and assist students who have excelled in their academic studies on the secondary school level, to make possible those students' desires of career education on the collegiate level, and to encourage those students to continue to excel while pursuing their educational program. Eligible students may receive up to $1200 per year.

President's Scholarship


National College funds this scholarship. Eligibility is restricted to high school seniors graduating from an accredited secondary school. The College Scholarship Committee will award up to 20 President’s Scholarships to students attending any of National’s 24 campuses in Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, and Indiana in the amount of $1500, paid in increments of $500 per consecutive term of study. The award is made to the applicant whose academic and extra-curricular activities most demonstrate promise, a desire to succeed, and a commitment to making a positive contribution to others. Applications and supporting materials must be mailed to the college no later than April 1 of the year of high school graduation. This scholarship cannot be awarded in conjunction with the Chairman's Scholarship or the Imagine America Scholarship.

Chairman's Scholarship


National College funds this scholarship. Eligibility is restricted to high school seniors graduating from an accredited secondary school. The College Scholarship Committee will award up to 20 Chairman’s Scholarships to students attending any of National’s 24 campuses in Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, and Indiana in the amount of $2500, paid in increments of $500 per consecutive term of study.
