	Veronica Van Deventer Instructor MA Veronica Van Deventer has been teaching computer applications and keyboarding for over 25 years. She holds a Master of Arts degree in liberal studies and is an instructor at the American National University Roanoke Valley Campus.
	Bob Abadie Department Chair - Business Management M.Ed., BS Business Administration, BA Theology Bob Abadie has worked in a variety of positions in the business world for over 35 years. His business background includes over 20 years in sales and marketing, including sales management, retail and restaurant management, and positions as a Corporate Trainer and a Trainer of Trainers. Bob was a successful business owner for several years, and has a strong technology background. He received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans and his Master of Education degree from Antioch University McGregor. Bob also received his Bachelor of Arts in Theology degree from the Way International and has published many case studies in textbooks related to business ethics. He teaches several business, technology, and general education courses at the Dayton Area Campus, where he serves as Department Chair for the Business Management program.
	Billy Ackerman Instructor BA Billy Ackerman has been the Madison County Property Valuation Administrator since 2009. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Managerial Finance from Eastern Kentucky University. He is an instructor at the Richmond Campus.
	Julian Adkins Instructor BA, MS Julian Adkins retired from the U.S. Army where he served in communications. He currently is a manager at WellPoint Health Networks, INC. Julian received a Bachelor of Arts degree in organizational leadership and a Master of Science degree in health informatics from Northern Kentucky University. He is an instructor at the National College Florence Campus.
	Douglas Adkins Instructor B.A.; J.D. Douglas Adkins holds a bachelor's degree in English from East Tennessee State University and a Juris Doctorate from Appalachian School of Law. He works as a consultant for companies in need of land and title research. Douglas is an instructor in the general education department at the Pikeville Campus.
	Saligrama Aithal Instructor Ph. D.; TESOL Saligrama (Kris) Aithal came to the United States on a Fulbright scholarship for graduate studies in English. A complete account of his English journey appears in an article in issue eleven of Outside in Literary and Travel Magazine. He has taught English as a Second Language (ESL) in India and the United States, as well as courses in American, British, and World literature at the graduate and undergraduate levels. Kris has published articles on a wide range of authors and topics in scholarly international journals. He holds a Ph.D. and is Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) certified. Kris is an instructor for the English Language Institute at the Tysons Corner location.
	Kelly Akers Instructor MBA, BA Kelly Akers has worked at Pikeville Medical Center for over 4 years as a Data Analyst. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Sullivan University. She also has an Associate degree in Computer Programming from Mayo Technical College. Kelly teaches Management and Accounting courses at the Pikeville Campus.
	Kim Akins Instructor Kim Akins is a licensed, practicing attorney in the State of Ohio, practicing in the areas of criminal, civil, and family law. She has acted as a City Prosecutor and Assistant Law Director for the City of Youngstown and an Administrative Hearing Officer for the State of Ohio. Kim is an instructor at the National College Youngstown Campus.
	William Alberts Department Chair - Business Management BA, JD William Alberts received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of Virginia and his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina and was admitted to the South Carolina and Virginia State Bar Associations. His legal experience spans over 20 years and includes positions such as legal researcher, law book editor, and private practice as a sole practitioner. As an infantry First Lieutenant in the VA Army NG, he served as a platoon leader and Company Executive Officer/Detachment Commander. For most of his life, William participated in and now is the sole operator of the family farming operations. For 5 years he was the contracts administrator and editor of NavComTelCom's VHF and SHF Antenna Maintenance Manuals. William was the author of the 17th, 18th and 19th editions of the Instructor's Resource Manual to accompany Heintz-Perry's College Accounting. He instructs Law, accounting, management and other business and general education courses at the National College Charlottesville Campus and currently serves as Department Chair for the Business Management program.
	Joshua Alexander Instructor BS, AS Joshua Alexander is an instructor for the Pharmacy Technician programs at the National College Dayton Area and Cincinnati Campuses. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Wright State University, as well as four associate degrees from Sinclair Community College in chemistry, business, biology, and liberal arts and sciences. He has worked as a pharmacy technician for over 9 years and currently works in a retail pharmacy, owns his own company, and volunteers with the American Red Cross.
	Luis Alicea-Batlle Instructor MS; BS; AS Luis Alicea-Batlle has been an instructor in the Business Department at the National College Louisville Campus for the past four years. He also serves as an instructor through classroom-conferencing for the Harrisonburg Campus. Luis holds a Master of Science degree in Management from Oakland City University, Oakland City, IN; a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration/Organization from Central Michigan University, Mount Pleasant, MI; and an Associate degree in General Education from Troy State University, Troy, AL. Luis is a U.S. Army veteran, having served 21 years of active duty and 9 years of reserve time. While in the Army, he held positions as Drill Sergeant, Drill Sergeant Academy Instructor, and Leadership Academy Instructor. Luis has had civilian work experience in resource management, advertisement sales, car sales, and human resource management/coordinating. He has been instructing college-level courses since 2007.
	Alan Alterman Instructor MS; BS; MOUS Certification in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Alan Alterman worked in the textile industry for more than 25 years, first as a technical manager within the industry, then as a lab manager at an industry sponsored research facility, and finally as the owner of a company producing and marketing quality control software to the industry. He has taught conferences and seminars for the textile industry and was an associate professor of textiles at the graduate level. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Textile Engineering, a Master of Science degree in Textile Technology, and MOUS Certification in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. He currently instructs computer applications courses at the Charlottesville Campus.
	Beverly Anderson Instructor BA, MBA Beverly H. Anderson has operated her own freelance bookkeeping service since 1996, providing general bookkeeping and payroll services to small businesses. In 2008, she founded the Home-Based Business Chamber of Commerce where she serves as the national president. Beverly serves as a small business consultant, speaker, and volunteer small business mentor. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Secondary Education with a minor in Office Administration, a Master of Business Administration degree in Organizational Management specializing in Human Resources, and is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in Management and Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. Beverly's professional associations include being a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers, National Association of Female Executives, former member of the Cambridge Who's Who Among Professional Executives, and a certified Non-Profit Professional. Her awards include April Community Partner in Memphis presented by Networking In Memphis and SBA's 2012 Home-based Business Champion of the Year. She is an instructor at the National College of Business & Technology Memphis and Bartlett Campuses.
	Angela Andrepont Instructor MS, MBA, BBS, AAS Angela Andrepont has over twenty years of professional experience in business and education, in areas including teaching, mentoring, grant writing, information technology, staff development, office management, bookkeeping, and accounting. She received her Master of Science degree in Education Leadership from Radford University, her Master of Business Administration degree from Averett University, her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Averett University, and her Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management from Danville Community College. Angela is an instructor of information technology and general education courses at the Danville, VA Campus.
	Dennis Anthony Director of IT Programs Dennis Anthony has served in a variety of business management positions, including Vice President of Marketing & Sales, Director of International Business Development, Director of Domestic Marketing & Sales, and Director of Corporate Training. During his business career, he traveled to and developed business in 38 countries. Dennis received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialty in Marketing from Indiana University - South Bend and his Master of Business Administration degree from Bristol University. He is an instructor at the National College Bristol Campus, where he also serves as the Director of IT Programs. He instructs many of the ISE courses, in addition to Principles of Accounting, Algebra, Understanding Mathematics, and a variety of business courses. Anthony also serves as the Department Chair for the Computer Applications program and Chairs the Campus Academic Committee and the Campus Advisory Board.
	Jeannette April Instructor CPC, CMA(AAMA) Jeannette April has worked in the medical field since 2005. She began her medical career as a medical assistant, then returned to school for medical billing and coding and worked for a company that specializes in remote coding. Jeannette is currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree in accounting. She is an instructor of medical assisting and medical billing and coding courses at the Danville, Kentucky Campus.
	Gerard Arthus Director of IT Programs BA; BS; MA; MS Gerry Arthus worked as a Systems Administrator for 11 years and is currently an instructor at the National College South Bend Campus. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Political Science, a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, a Master of Arts degree in Political Theory and International Relations, and a Master of Science degree in Technological Systems Management and Environmental Management.
	Diane Ashley Instructor BS, MEd Diane Ashley has been a public school teacher for 11 years. She holds a bachelor's degree in Science and a Master of Education degree. She is an instructor at the Lynchburg Campus.
	Jayne Atkins Department Chair - Computer Applications Technology M.S.Ed, B.S. Jayne Atkins holds a Master of Science in Education degree in Human Resource Development from James Madison University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Radford University. She has over 25 years of work experience with a background in various business, legal, medical, insurance, and education environments. Jayne currently serves as the Department Chair of the Computer Applications Technology program at the American National University Roanoke Valley Campus. She also serves on the College Academic Committee and the Institutional Academic Committee.
	Norman Auspitz Instructor BS, MMath, MBA, PhD, 6 Sigma Greenbelt Certification Norman Auspitz has served in a variety of positions within Information Technology in Fortune 500 Companies, including programmer, systems analyst, business analyst, project manager, and program manager. Norman received his bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from Drexel University, his MMath and PhD in Pure Mathematics from University of Waterloo, and his MBA from McMaster University; he is also a Certified 6 Sigma Greenbelt. His doctoral dissertation served as the basis for the study of "Banach Sheaves". He is an instructor of mathematics and business courses at the Louisville Campus. Norman also serves as an instructor through classroom-conferencing for the Lynchburg Campus.
	Kim Autrey Instructor MS, BS Kim Autrey has served in a variety of positions within the business and education fields. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in communications/teaching from Indiana State University and her Master of Science in Training and Development degree from St. Francis University, Joliet, IL. Kim is an instructor of communications courses at the Fort Wayne Campus.
	Felix Baez Director of IT Programs BA, MCSE, Net+ Felix Baez worked as a Senior Data Analyst for a Telecommunications Auditing company before coming to National College. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and has obtained his CompTIA Network+ certification. Felix is an instructor of Information Systems Engineering courses and the Bachelor of Information Technology courses, and he currently serves as Director of IT programs at the Harrisonburg Campus.
	Dan Bailey Instructor BS, MBA Dan Bailey has experience as an Information Technology Manager and is currently an instructor in the areas of Management, Information Technology, Project Management, Entrepreneurship, and Business Law for the American National University online program. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Bluefield College, Bluefield, VA and a Master of Business Administration degree from Averett University in Danville, VA.
	Dorreth Bailey-Oldacre Instructor BS, M.Ed Dorreth Bailey-Oldacre received her Bachelor of Science degree in Information Processing System from the University of Cincinnati and her Master of Education degree with a Specialization in Curriculum and Instruction Computer Education from the University of Phoenix. She is an instructor of software applications at National College's Cincinnati Campus.
	Karen Baldock Gordon Instructor MBA; BS; AS Karen Baldock Gordon has served in a variety of Business Management positions in the last 15-20 years and began teaching in 2008. She now works for National College teaching a variety of Business, Accounting, and Computer classes. She was awarded Boyle County's Administrative Professional of the Year in 2007 while employed with Christian Care Communities. She has a passion to teach her students the material that is presented in each of her classes. She went back to school and earned her degree as an adult and can give the students first hand knowledge of how important this education can be to them. She holds an MBA with a concentration in Accounting and Human Resources, a Bachelor's degree in Management and Accounting, and an Associate degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems.
	Andrea Barber Instructor BA, CPhT, Certified Phlebotomist Andrea Barber has worked in the medical field for the last 12 years and is presently a Certified Pharmacy Technician for Akron Children's Hospital in Akron, Ohio. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Youngstown State University and is currently finishing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, while continuing her education in nursing at YSU. Andrea is the externship coordinator for the Pharmacy Technician students at National College in Youngstown and also teaches Pharmacy Technician courses.
	Randie Barnett Instructor A.S.; B. S.; MBA Randie Barnett worked in the medical field for 28 years, where she served in Radiology and as Women's Health and Resource Center Manager for Norton Hospital in Louisville. She has been with National College since 1999 in the medical education program. Randie contributed 10 years of service in medical missionary clinics in orphanages in Africa, Ukraine, Russia, and Poland. She holds an Associate degree and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Louisville, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree in Health Administration from Bellarmine University.
	Donna Barney Instructor MLS; BA Donna Barney has taught at National College since January, 2001. She was the litigation paralegal and office manager for Ecton and Chenault, Attorneys at Law until 1999, when she accepted the position of Court Administrator for the newly created Family Court for Clark and Madison Counties. Donna holds a Master of Library Science degree from the University of Kentucky, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Science from Eastern Kentucky University.
	Hannah Barnhorn Department Chair - Paralegal Studies J.D.; B.A. Hannah Barnhorn is a licensed Ohio Attorney and has been an instructor at National College since 2005, where she serves as Department Chair for the Paralegal Studies program. She successfully oversaw the Dayton Area Campus ABA Approval process. Hannah volunteers with the Dayton Volunteer Lawyer Project, taking domestic relation cases and is a full-time Legal Researcher. Her publications include the Ohio Chapter on Juvenile Collateral Consequences published by the ABA.
	Junior Basant Director of Health Care Education BS Junior Basant is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University. He has over 10 years of experience in higher education in the field of medicine, and serves as director of health care education at the National College of Business & Technology Nashville Campus.
	Judith Bateman Instructor BSMT (ASCP), MAd Judith Bateman holds a bachelor's degree in Medical Technology and a master's degree in Industrial Management. She has worked in various hospitals throughout her career, culminating with a position she held for seven years in the UVA Medical Center Virology/Microbiology Department. She previously served as a Research and Development Microbiologist/QA Microbiologist for 20 years. Judith has been an instructor at the National College Lynchburg Campus since 2009.
	Michael Beach Instructor MBA, MDiv, BS, MCT, MCP Michael Beach has a diverse background with professional experience in Operations, Business Development, Marketing, and Organizational Management. He has taught various computer technology courses with topics including Microsoft Office applications, operating systems, security and hardware. Michael has provided desktop application and hardware support in several of his past positions and has experience with many proprietary software packages. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and a Master of Business Administration degree, along with MCP and MCT certifications. Michael is an instructor at the National College of Business & Technology Knoxville Campus.
	Rick Bearden Instructor AA, AS Rick Bearden has worked in the medical and health field for more than 26 years and is presently a nursing student at Lincoln Memorial University. Rick was a Class III Officer in the US Air Force, where he worked with the Medic Team and military transportation. He holds associate degrees in liberal arts and psychology. Rick teaches medical courses at National College of Business & Technology in Knoxville.
	Carl Beekman Instructor Ph.D. Dr. Carl Beekman holds a Ph.D. in Multicultural Education/Creative Writing from The Union Institute, Cincinnati, OH. His academic background includes administrative experience as an Assistant Superintendent for Academics on the Navajo Reservation, Assistant Principal for a Native American high school in South Dakota, and Principal for an elementary/junior high school in Indiana. He has taught students from more than 40 tribes in grades K-12 and has developed and taught undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate courses. Carl is currently an instructor for the American National University online program.
	Janet Lynn Bellamy Department Chair - Computer Applications Technology BA,MA Janet Lynn Bellamy has been involved in the teaching profession since 1963 in the areas of business and computers. She holds a life-time teaching certification from both the state of Kentucky and the state of Louisiana. She currently serves as the chair of the Computer Department at the National College campus in Richmond, Kentucky where she teaches computer-related courses and accounting courses.
	Carmen Bellos Director of Health Information Technology RHIT, AHIMA Approved ICD-10 Trainer Carmen Bellos is a Registered Health Information Technologist who has been in the health care field for over 25 years. She has served as a consultant, operations manager, and a director in the corporate setting and is also an ICD-10 trainer. Carmen has been honored with the Mentor/Educator of the year award for 2011-2012 from the Tennessee chapter of the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). She is an instructor at the National College of Business & Technology Madison Campus, where she also serves as director of the Health Information Technology program.
	Harold Bender Instructor B.S., PharmD Dr. Harold Bender holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Lamar University and is a graduate of the University of Houston Pharmacy School, where he received a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy. He has been an instructor at the Nashville Campus for 10 years.
	Scott Bentley Instructor BSBA, MEd, CPA Scott Bentley has served in a variety of positions within the automotive, professional services, and financial services industries, including financial analyst, internal auditor, and he is currently a new business analyst for an entrepreneurial firm. He received his bachelor's degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University, his Master of Education degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He teaches all levels of accounting and business mathematics courses at the National College Cincinnati Campus.
	Carla Bernardino Instructor B.S. Carla Bernardino has 27 years of experience as an Information Technology professional with 13 of those years served in management roles. Carla received her Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati. She has been an instructor of Microsoft applications with National College since the opening of the Cincinnati Campus in 2005.
	Ted Bickel Instructor MBA, BS Ted Bickel holds a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Louisville and a Master of Business Administration degree from Bellarmine College. He spent 10 years in research and development at local chemical companies and has taught high school level Chemistry. He is an instructor at the Louisville Campus.
	Saundra Birch Instructor BS Saundra Birch is an IT professional with more than 20 years of experience working in a variety of different industries, including higher education, construction, manufacturing, food and beverage, and government. She earned her bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Kentucky State University and currently works as a Technology Coordinator in higher education. She is an instructor of keyboarding and computer courses at the Danville, Kentucky Campus.
	Carlos Black Instructor M.B.E., BBA Carlos Black is presently a Regulatory Analyst and has a background in public utility regulation as both an Investigator and Analyst. He also has more than 15 years of teaching experience at the career and technical college level. Carlos received his bachelor's degree from the University of Memphis and his master's degree in business education from Middle Tennessee State University. Carlos is past-president of both the Tennessee Business Education Association and the Gamma Eta chapter of Delta Pi Epsilon, a national graduate honor society for professionals in business education. He teaches keyboarding, business, and medical assisting courses at the National College of Business & Technology Nashville Campus.
	Joan Blankenship Instructor Master of Science, Education; RN Joan Blankenship has worked in both the medical field and the business field for more than 40 years and presently serves as a consultant to a national environmental conservation organization. Joan is a Registered Nurse with a Master of Science in Education degree. She teaches both medical and business courses for the National College Martinsville Campus.
	Terry H. Bogard Instructor AS Terry Bogard is a summa cum laude graduate of South College where he earned his Associate of Science degree. He has 14 years of experience and training as a Certified Medical Assistant(AAMA) and as a licensed nurse. Terry's areas of experience include Physician Office/Clinic (Internal Medicine, Family Practice, and Cardiology), Physician Office Laboratory Coordinator/Supervisor, Acute Care hospital setting on the CardioPulmonary Unit, and he currently works in home healthcare. He is an instructor in the health care department at the Knoxville Campus
	Clare Borsari Instructor BS, MArch Clare Borsari has experience teaching and tutoring math to students of all ages and abilities. During her master's program she gained additional proficiency at the college level in her position as a teaching assistant for several math-intensive architecture classes. She has a particular focus on adult math literacy issues. Clare holds a Bachelor of Science degree in math education and a Master of Architecture degree. She is an instructor at the National College of Business & Technology Knoxville Campus.
	Kathy Botts Instructor BA; MA Kathy Botts holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Shepherd College and a Master of Arts degree in Gifted Education from West Virginia University. She has taught for 23 years in the public schools system and currently works in the Department of Gifted and Advanced Programs for Roanoke City Schools. She has been an instructor of multiple courses in the English and Math departments since 2002 at the American National University Roanoke Valley Campus.
	Valerie Bowman Director of IT Programs BS, MIS, A+ MCP, MCP+Internet, MCSE, MCT Valerie Bowman has held several positions in the IT field for over 30 years in both the public and private sectors, including work as a support specialist, a networking consultant, and an IT Department Director. She received her bachelor's degree in management from Northern Kentucky University and her master's degree in Information Systems from University of Phoenix. In addition, Valerie holds an A+ certification from CompTia as well as MCP, MCP+Internet, MCSE, and MCT certifications from Microsoft. She is currently the IT Department Chair for the Florence Campus and teaches a wide range of courses in the areas of office technology, business, math, and computer networking.
	Charley Bowman Instructor BA; MPA Charley Bowman has served in the public sector in Ohio as a community development director and city manager. He is also a consultant, entrepreneur, and owner of Economic Development Data Services, LLC. Charley has been an instructor at the National College Akron Area Campus since 2006. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in geography and a Master of Public Administration degree.
	Carolyn Bowman Instructor ASN Carolyn Bowman has been working in the healthcare field for 18 years. After a career in nursing, she became an instructor. Carolyn has an associate degree in nursing from Northwest Mississippi Community College. She teaches Medical Terminology, Anatomy and Physiology, Invasive and Non-Invasive Clinical Procedures, and Introduction to Pharmacology courses at the Memphis Campus.
	Lacy Boyd Jr. Instructor AA, BS Lacy E. Boyd Jr. has over 35 years of experience in Information Technology working for Xerox Corporation and Lexmark International. He is a U. S. Navy Veteran and has worked as a Systems Analyst, Systems Consultant and Corporate Instructor and trainer. He owns Grand$ystems Consultants who focuses mainly on Health Information Technologies. Lacy received an associate degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Indiana Wesleyan and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Informatics at the Indiana University School of Informatics in Indianapolis. Lacy had an article, "Evolving Technologies: Are We Ready," published in the inaugural issue of a new online, peer-reviewed publication, titled Instructional Practice in Higher Education: an Online Journal. He is an instructor in the IT department at the Indianapolis Campus.
	Lois Bradford Director of Health Information Technology BS, RHIT, LPN Lois J. Bradford is the Director of Health Information Technology at the Cincinnati Campus. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Cincinnati, an Associate of Applied Science degree in Health Information Management from Cincinnati State Community College, and a Nursing diploma from the Butler County Program of Practical Nursing. She has held numerous managerial positions in the Health Information Technology (HIT) field at hospitals, behavioral clinics, nursing facilities and most recently at a regional military medical center, where she served as a physician instructor and was responsible for physician and medical staff education and training for 7 medical clinics. Lois has also served as an independent HIT consultant specializing in hospital CMS coding compliance audits nationwide. Lois is a Licensed Practical Nurse and has been a dedicated HIT professional for 16 years with a total of 35 years of experience in healthcare. She is an AHIMA certified Registered Health Information Technician and is a current member of AHIMA, OHIMA, and the local Cincinnati Chapter- GCHIMA.
	Darnella Bradley Instructor Rank I; MA Educational Leadership; MA Secondary Education w/English Option; BA; AA Darnella Bradley has taught grades 9-12 English for over 14 years. 	Edy Copeland Instructor RN, ADN, BSN, MS Edy Copeland is an instructor in the allied health program at the National College of Business & Technology Knoxville Campus. 	Michael Cox Instructor BA, MS, Ph.D.c. Michael Cox has served in the psychological and educational communities for many years. He has taught both online and in-seat courses and has served in a variety of professional capacities. Michael received his Bachelor's degree from West Virginia University, his Master's degree from Walden University, and is currently completing his dissertation for his PhD at Walden University. He is both an author and a motivational speaker and teaches Psychology, Logic, and Ethics courses.
	Gina Crawley Instructor J.D. Gina Crawley received her Juris Doctorate degree from Florida Coastal School of Law and earned her undergraduate degree from Murray State University. Her early career was spent working as an Assistant Public Defender in Metropolitan Nashville, Davidson County, where she handled criminal cases involving adults and juveniles. In 2010, Gina left the Public Defender's Office to form her own practice. She has continued serving the youth through her Napier Looby Bar Association membership, and she presents monthly programs to the youth at the Davidson County Detention Center. She is also an instructor at the National College of Business & Technology Nashville Campus.

Tamie received her Associate of Technical Studies degree in business from Columbus State Community College and her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Management degrees from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. 	Claude Dallas Instructor B.S.; M.S.; M.A.; CPhT Claude Dallas holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University, a Master of Science degree from University of Cincinnati, a Master of Arts degree from Liberty University, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education degree through Liberty University. His professional career includes seven years with Pfizer, Inc. selling fine chemicals to food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic manufacturers in Los Angeles before moving to the Medical Products Division of Minnesota Manufacturing and Mining Co. selling respirators and radioactive seeds for implantation. Claude gained experience as a Certified Pharmacy Technician through Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy. He is a published author, having contributed a chapter to the book "Men to Men" by Zondervan Publishing and a book of poems, "A Legacy of Love: Bridging the Gap," with Xlibris, Inc publishers. Claude serves as an instructor in the health care program at the National College Cincinnati and Florence Campuses.

He served in the U.S. Air Force for 20 years, where he achieved the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, and he worked for the Pike County Board of Education for 16 years. 	Renea Daugherty Pharmacy Technician Department Chair CPhT Renea Daugherty began her career as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens Pharmacy for four and a half years. She then moved on to Pharmedium Health Care Services, followed by Accredo Pharmacy. She is now an instructor at the Bartlett Campus, where she serves as Department Chair of the Pharmacy Technician program.

She currently runs her own small tax business and also works for Aris Services LLC, which does payroll, taxes, financial advising, and bookkeeping for small to midsize businesses. 	Colonious Davis Director of Health Information Technology B. S. Colonious M. Davis received his Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Management from the University of Tennessee at Memphis. He worked for 35 years at the Regional Medical Center at Memphis as Manager of Outpatient Operations. Colonious brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of Health Information and Informatics into his role as Director of Health Information Technology for the Bartlett Campus.
	Larry Davis Department Chair - Business Management MBA, BS Larry Davis is a retired U.S. Army Colonel. He was a Comptroller (Financial Manager) and was the Assistant Budget Director on the Army Staff and served as Installation Comptroller of a large manufacturing Arsenal, as well as a large multi-command installation in the Washington, D.C. area. He has also been a staff comptroller for a large support command and Financial Aid Programmer in a U.S. Embassy in the Middle East, as well as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of a corporation headquartered in Dayton, OH. Larry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business-Marketing from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Syracuse University. He has been an instructor at National College in Harrisonburg, VA since March 2003 and currently serves as Department Chair for the Business Management program.
	Gerardo De La Torre Ugarte Instructor BS, MA Gerardo De la Torre-Ugarte has been a university professor for more than 40 years. He began his career working as a Chemical Engineer in a mining company and then taught at universities in Peru, Nicaragua, and the U.S. He is now an instructor of chemistry and math courses at the National College of Business & Technology Madison and Nashville Campuses. Gerardo is a Fulbright scholar and was awarded the "Southeast USA Regional Award in Chemistry Teaching" by the American Chemical Society, "The Hubert Smothers Award for Excellence in Teaching" by the Tennessee Association of Independent Schools and Colleges, and the "Distinguished Science Educator Award" by the Tennessee Academy of Science. He was also named "Professor Emeritus" by the National University of the Peruvian Amazon.
	Dinah Deck Instructor RN, MSN, CST, CNOR, CRNFA Dinah Deck has worked in the medical field for more than 40 years and holds a Registered Nursing license in both Kentucky and Massachusetts. She obtained a Master of Science degree with a major in Nursing Administration/Business Management from Regis College, a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Nursing from Worcester State University, an RN First Assistant from National Institute for First Assisting (RNFA)at Front Range Community College, an Associate degree in Liberal Arts from Middlesex Community College, and she attended the Surgical Technologist Course at Greenwich Hospital. Dinah has been a nursing instructor at Eastern Kentucky University, a public school substitute nurse and teacher, an RNFA lab instructor/ coordinator and clinical evaluator at Northeastern University. She is a Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR), Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant (CRNFA), and Certified Surgical Technologist (CST). 	Juliet "Jules" DeFord Instructor Registered Nurse Jules DeFord began her nursing career as a psychiatric technician at the University of Virginia, Blue Ridge Hospital and completed her Associate Degree in Nursing at Piedmont Virginia Community College. She worked at UVA in Women's Health as a nurse, where she practiced nursing on the Maternity Unit, in the Newborn Nursery, the Labor and Delivery Unit and the Operating room. Jules also worked for Region Ten Community Service Board as a psychiatric nurse as well as a Radiation/Oncology nurse on the units at Martha Jefferson Hospital and the University of Virginia. She joined the National College Charlottesville Faculty in 2009 and currently teaches many of the medical core courses.

	Derek Dixon Instructor MLS, BA Derek Dixon has been a professional librarian for nearly 20 years, having worked in three college libraries. 	John Michael Donohue Instructor BA (Management); BA (Accounting); MA (Development Banking) Following a career of over ten years in complex litigation administration in Washington D.C., John Michael Donohue established his own accounting and business counseling practice in Charlottesville, Virginia, focusing on closely held business entities, estates, and trusts. In addition to owning and operating his own business, John Michael currently holds a full-time faculty appointment at National College, Charlottesville, in the Business Administration curricular area, lecturing in all subjects related to accounting, business management, economics, and sales and contract law. He published a textbook in 2010 entitled, Small Business Creation and Development, parts of which were also published in 2010 in a peer-reviewed journal in Munich, Germany, and presented at a conference of economists in the Czech Republic in 2009. John Michael has also worked as a consultant for the World Bank, Washington, D.C., concentrating in Participatory Development. In community service, he currently serves as a member of the Fiscal Impact Advisory Committee, and the Jefferson Area Disability Services Board for Albemarle County, Virginia. He has also taught computer science and engineering courses as a part-time instructor at the university level for the past 24 years. He was an Admissions Representative from 1992 to 2008 and in 2008 became Chair of the one and two-year Business Administration programs. Neal currently teaches English, Business, and General Education courses at the American National University Roanoke Valley Campus. He previously served for 20 years as a teacher and counselor in the Roanoke City and County Public Schools.
	Vanessa Enoch Department Chair - Bachelor Business Management MBA Vanessa currently serves as the Department Chair for Business and Accounting at the National College Cincinnati Campus. 	Theosious Fuqua Department Chair - Bachelor Business Management DBA, MBA, BBA, AA, AS Theosious Fuqua has served in a variety of positions in the business industry, including district accounting manager, operations manager, inventory control manager, project manager, executive director of procurement, and account executive in advertising. He has been an instructor for more than 17 years and is presently the Business Department chair for the Louisville campus. 	William Furay Clinical Coordinator Surgical Technology CST William Furay has over 24 years of experience in the operating room and is a Certified Surgical Technologist through military training with the U.S. Navy. He is currently working privately for an orthopedic surgeon and also works as needed in the Kettering hospital system. William is an instructor at the National College Dayton Area Campus and serves as Clinical Coordinator for the Surgical Technology program.

	Shobhana Ganapathi Instructor B.S., B.Ed Shobhana Ganapathi holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Bachelor of Education degree from India, and she is currently pursuing a Master of Educational Technology degree from Boise State University. He teaches business, marketing, and management courses and is chair of the business management programs for the American National University Roanoke Valley Campus and the Online program. 	Benjamin Graham Instructor BA, BS, MS Ben Graham has been an instructor at the American National University Roanoke Valley Campus since 1999 and teaches business, computer, and mathematics courses. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Wake Forest College, a Bachelor of Science degree in construction technology from Montana State University, and a Master of Science degree in civil engineering. 	Christine Gries Instructional Designer/Online BS- Magna Cum Laude Christine Gries is an instructor for the American National University online program. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in instructional design and technology with human factors and is currently pursuing a master's degree in adult learning with an ESL concentration. Her experience includes working for such corporations as IBM, Pepsico, R. H. Donnelley, and the American Heart Association. Christine has owned three successful businesses in various industries and has done consulting work. She has been an instructor at several colleges and has designed courses, including a prep course for the Certified Office Professional (CAP) exam for Penn State at Worthington in Scranton, PA. Christine also teaches English as a Second Language (ESL) to Korean students online.
	William Griffin Instructor MS, BS, AA William Griffin has been an instructor with National College since 2001, where he has taught courses in English, business, philosophy, logic, critical thinking, government, history, political science, economics, parliamentary procedure, and human resources. 	Robert Hale Instructor BA, MA, D. Phil. Dr. Robert Hale serves as an instructor at the National College Lexington Campus. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in education, a Master of Arts degree in education, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in religion and society. Robert also serves as an instructor through classroom-conferencing for the Danville, VA, Harrisonburg, and Indianapolis Campuses. She is an instructor of medical and phlebotomy courses and is presently Director of Health Care Education at the National College Harrisonburg Campus. Betty has a degree from Shenandoah University and is a Registered Nurse, as well as a Registered Medical Assistant.
	Samuel Hatcher Department Chair - Accounting AA; BS; MBA Samuel Hatcher worked in the banking industry for 30 years. He was a Senior Examiner for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and held various positions, including Vice President and Auditor for Citizens Bank and Trans Financial Bank. Samuel holds an Associate degree from Prestonburg Community College, a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from the University of Kentucky, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Morehead State University. He serves as chair of the Accounting Department at the National College Pikeville Campus.
	Matt Hawkins Instructor BS Matt Hawkins has held several positions within the telecom and IT support industries. He has served as an IT consultant, telecom reporting analyst, product manager and currently serves as the Media Marketing Manager for Lightyear Network Solutions of Kentucky based in Pikeville. Matt received his Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. He was a regular technical content contributor to the Microsoft Knowledge Base and has served in technical training capacities with previous companies. He currently teaches computer and IT fundamentals courses at the Pikeville Campus.
	Elizabeth Head Instructor AS, RHIT Elizabeth Head has over 18 years of supervisory management experience and over 5 years in Health Information Management. She currently works for a large regional hospital as a medical coder/billing specialist. She also teaches Health Information Technology courses at the Louisville Campus.
	Katlin Hecox Instructor M.A.; LMFT Katlin Hecox has worked in the counseling field for over 20 years and currently has a private counseling practice. She is a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. Katlin received her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. In addition to presenting at Professional Conferences such as the American Counseling Association, Katlin teaches psychology, ethics and logic courses at the Danville, Virginia Campus.
	Cheryl Heer Department Chair - General Education BA, MA, MSLS Cheryl Heer has taught at the high school and college levels over the past 30 years. She received her bachelor's degree in political science and French from Malone College and received her master's degrees in library science and political science from Case Western Reserve University. Besides teaching general education courses, Cheryl is also the Florence Campus librarian.
	Kathy Heibel Director of Health Information Technology BA, RHIA Kathy Heibel has worked in the Health Information field for more than 15 years. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Ferris University in Michigan and is a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA). She is an instructor at the National College Fort Wayne Campus, where she also serves as director of the Health Information Technology (HIT) program.
	Patricia Henderson Instructor CPC Patricia Henderson has over 12 years of experience working at a local healthcare facility as a medical coder/billing specialist. She is a Certified Professional Coder and currently teaches Medical Insurance courses at the Louisville Campus.
	Atim Henshaw Instructor BS, MBA Atim Henshaw holds a Bachelor of Science degree in health administration, a Master of Business administration degree in health care management, and is a PhD candidate for a degree in public health. She is an instructor at the Nashville Campus.
	Connie Herman Instructor MA, CAGS Connie Herman has extensive experience in education as a Reading Specialist and English and writing teacher. She now teaches English and writing courses at the American National University Roanoke Valley Campus. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Reading and Education, as well as a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Curriculum and Instruction and School Leadership. She is also certified in Gifted Education. Connie is a Fulbright Scholar and a National Writing Project consultant and remains active in public education as a member of the Board of Directors of the Virginia State Reading Organization, as well as maintaining membership in many professional education organizations.
	Dorothy Herndon Department Chair - National Center for Hospitality and Tourism BS, MS Dorothy received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Virginia Tech. She has worked as director of school food service for York County Public Schools, has served as an extension agent for North Carolina State University and Virginia Tech, and has also served Virginia Department of Health as a nutritionist. Dorothy is Department Chair for the Tourism and Hospitality program at the American National University Roanoke Valley Campus.
	Bradley Hess Instructor MBA; BA Bradley Hess has served in a variety of positions in higher education, including a master scheduler and a mathematics tutor. He received his bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from Cleveland State University and his Master of Business Administration degree from DeVry University. Bradley is currently an instructor at the National College Stark County Campus.
	John Higgins Instructor MBA, BS, AS, MOS John Higgins has been an instructor at National College since the fall of 2004 in the Business and Computer Application Departments. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Eastern Kentucky University, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Sullivan University, and an Associate degree in Computer Application Technology from Louisville Technical Institute. John worked in the science world for the chemical industry as a lab technician for 10 years and has worked in the business world for a marketing company and as a licensed life and health insurance agent.
	David Hoagland Instructor B.S. Accounting / Certified Public Accountant David Hoagland has a bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). David has experience in many areas of accounting, including public practice, governmental accounting and industry and has served as staff accountant, manufacturing accountant, division director, and chief financial officer (CFO). He has owned and operated various businesses during his career and is a member of his state (KSCPA) and national (AICPA) accounting organizations. David teaches primarily accounting and business courses at the National College Lexington Campus. He also serves as an instructor through classroom-conferencing for the Harrisonburg and Indianapolis Campuses.
	Eddie Hobson-Hardy Instructor MA, BS Eddie Hobson-Hardy is an instructor in the English as a Second Language (ESL) program at the American National University Roanoke Valley Campus. Eddie's career has not only included being an advocate of excellent education, but she has spent many years in the corporate sector and became co-president of her own business. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in English from Tennessee State University and a Master of Arts degree in communications from the University of Maryland.
	Beverly Hodgdon Instructor AS Beverly Hodgdon graduated from Dabney S. Lancaster Community College with a degree in Business Management and Pharmacy. She has experience in both hospital and retail pharmacy settings. Beverly is an instructor in the pharmacy technician program at the American National University Roanoke Valley Campus.
	Anthony Hogue Department Chair - Computer Applications Technology B.A. Anthony Hogue is Chair of the Computer Department at the Danville, VA Campus of National College. He teaches courses on the entire Microsoft Office Suite of programs and holds numerous Microsoft Office certifications. In addition to the Office courses, he teaches Web Page Design, Visual Basic Programming and Information System Engineering. Anthony attended Rutgers University (Newark Campus)and San Diego City College. He holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from San Diego State University and participated in the Doctoral Program at Stanford University. Anthony is a U.S. Navy veteran and was an instructor in Psychology at the University of Pittsburgh for three years. He has been an instructor at National College since 1994.
	John Hohman Instructor BA, MA, Ed. D John Hohman has worked in the Hospital Administration field for more than 20 years and is presently an Assistant Administrator of a facility in Louisville. His credentials include Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Commonwealth of Kentucky Certified Public Manager, Licensed Kentucky Nursing Home Administrator. John holds a bachelor's degree from Culver-Stockton College and a master's degree, as well as a Doctorate of Education from George Washington University. He is an instructor at the Louisville Campus.

	Mirjana Ilijevski Director of Health Care Education BA, NRCMA Mirjana Ilijevski has worked in the medical field for more than 15 years and as a college professor for over 5 years. Mirjana is a Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA). She holds an associate degree in science from Stark State College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology from Kent State University. 	Betty Ivory Instructor M.S.M.E. & M.Ed. Betty Ivory has been in the education field for more than 12 years. She earned her Masters of Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron in 1999. Since then, she provided web site management and technical support services for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. In her capacity at CMSD, she instructed numerous students, faculty, administrators and staff on the usage of the internet and basic web site development. Additionally, she has maintained her connection with the community at large by working as an adjunct instructor with various post secondary institutions. In 2009, she changed careers when she earned her Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Cleveland State Univeristy. Presently holding the Student Activities Council Adviser position and teaching Preparatory Math and Business Math with National College, she is also a highly qualified high school math teacher with the State of Ohio.
	Deborah Jackson Department Chair - General Education BS; MA Deborah Jackson began her teaching career in the Tazewell County Virginia Public School system where she taught English for eight years. She also worked in her father's family-owned finance business for 22 years. She is an instructor at National College's Princeton Campus in the general education department, where she is the department chairperson. Deborah's specializations include English and Social Science courses. She has a bachelor's degree in Education and a master's in Instruction and Curriculum.

He has worked for The Babcock & Wilcox Company for the past 13 years, and for the past 5 years he has managed the Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Construction Group. He is responsible for managing over 75 direct reports and contractors with an annual operating budget of over $5 Million. Linzie has prior experience as Project Leader, System Integrator, Database Administrator, Technical Writer, Maintenance Mechanic, and Safety/Quality Assurance Inspector. He has served as President and member of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Virginia and serves on the Advisory Council for the Electronics Progam at Central Virginia Community College. She has more than 17 years of experience as a financial and operations auditor for the U.S. General Accounting Office, as well as 10 years of experience as the owner of her own tax and financial services business. Aquila received her bachelor's degree in business from University of Louisville, and her master's degree from Indiana Wesleyan. She is an instructor at National College's Louisville Campus and teaches principles of accounting, payroll accounting, computerized accounting, intermediate accounting, and income taxes.
	Lonnell Johnson Instructor BS, MA, PhD Lonnell Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Purdue University, a Master of Arts degree in English from Emporia State University, and a PhD in English from Indiana University. He served in the U.S. Army and was a pharmacy instructor at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. For more than thirty-six years, Lonnell has taught English on the university level in Kansas, Indiana, North Carolina, Kentucky, and Ohio. In addition, he has worked as a hospital pharmacist, editor, administrator, director of public relations, and information analyst. He has published articles on a variety of subjects, such as biblical research and African-American literature and has authored three collections of poetry and a personal narrative, two of which were published by Ambassador Press, which he established in 2005. He has also owned and managed several retail and restaurant franchises. 	Pat Kedzerski Department Chair - General Education AA, AAB, BA, MA Patricia E. Kedzerski is Chair of the General Education/Humanities department at the National College Columbus Campus. She has over twenty years of college teaching experience with emphases in English Composition, Basic Writing, and Business and Administrative Communication. Pat is a 2011 National College Dedicated Service Award recipient. Since the Columbus campus opened in 2009, she has served as secretary to the Campus Academic Committee, co-creator of the original Career Readiness Plan and committee member for a number of ad hoc committees. She was the advisor for Purple Note, the campus student newsletter. During 2010-2011, she was an e-mentor with a number of other National College Columbus Campus faculty and staff with Ohio State's Nisonger Center, which matched mentors with students in K-12 schools across Columbus. Pat also taught for more than fifteen years at The Ohio State University, where she earned her master's degree in English Composition. In addition to teaching through the English Department there, she served five years as liaison and instructor in a literacy outreach partnership through the Basic Writing Program and also taught through Ohio State's Office of Minority Affairs' Young Scholars' Program and the Samuel DuBois Cook Summer Program. Her writing has been published in academic journals, and she has presented in her field at national conferences. She is author of a volume of poetry, Take a Giant Step.
	Valerie Keinath Instructor BS, MS Valerie Keinath received Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in geology with a focus in hydrogeology from the University of Akron. Her professional experience includes analyzing soils and performing tests in a laboratory within the construction field and performing phase I and II environmental site assessments within the environmental field. She is now an instructor of environmental science and earth science courses.
	John Kell Instructor B.S., M.S., MCT, MCP, MOS John Kell is an instructor at the Nashville Campus. Over the past 12 years, he has taught numerous computer technology courses including many of the Microsoft Academic Academy Courses, the Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), the Windows Operating Systems (Windows 98, 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008), Desktop Publishing, Introduction to CIS, and Web Design. John's functional business experience includes Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Procurement, Operations Management, Business Development, Marketing, and Financial Management. 	Paula Kelley Instructor BSAS, CMA (AAMA) Paula Kelley is a Certified Medical Assistant with experience in OB/GYN, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics specialties. She has a bachelor's degree in Allied Health from Youngstown State University and is currently working on her Master's degree in Postsecondary Technical Education from Akron University. She is a member of the Tri-County Medical Assistants, the Ohio State Society of Medical Assistants and the American Association of Medical Assistants. Paula received the Master Teacher of the Year award for Ohio in 2010 from the Ohio Association of Career Colleges and Schools, as well as the National College Distinguished Teacher of the Year award for Ohio in 2012. She currently instructs courses in Clinical Medical Assisting, Non-Invasive Medical Assisting, Medical Law & Ethics, and Exam Success at the National College Youngstown Campus.
	Stephen Kendrick Instructor B.S.; CPA Stephen Kendrick is an independent Certified Public Accountant specializing in audit, trusts, and estates. He is controller of a public water and sewer company, a manufacturer, a development company and a non-profit organization. Stephen is a member of the Virginia Society of CPAs and was appointed a committee member of the Virginia Small Business Financing Authority by Chuck Robb. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Virginia Tech and is an instructor of accounting at the American National University Roanoke Valley Campus.
	Bonnie Kiefer Director of Health Care Education AA, RMA Bonnie Kiefer has worked in the medical field for over 30 years, including time spent as a nursing assistant, clinical assistant, medical secretary, medical assistant, and as an instructor and mentor. She is a graduate in Medical Assisting from National College and currently serves as the Director of Health Care Education for the Louisville Campus.
	Kristina King Department Chair - General Education B.S., M.Ed. Kristina King has worked as an educator for 18 years, and she is presently an English instructor and department chair for general education at the Akron Area Campus. Kristina has a Bachelor of Science degree in English/Education from Kent State University and a Master of Education degree from Bethel University. 	Cathy King Instructor B.A. Cathy received her bachelor's degree from Averett University. She has a strong background in business with over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance. Cathy has been part of the faculty at the National College Danville, Virginia Campus for 18 years, instructing general education and business courses.
	Connie King Instructor AS, CPhT, RMA Connie King holds an associate degree in Medical Assisting and is a Certified Pharmacy Technician and Registered Medical Assistant. She is an instructor of Health Care Management at the American National University Roanoke Valley Campus and also works as an Inventory Specialist/Clinic Inspector with Carilion Clinic.
	Audrey Kirk Department Chair - Information Systems Engineering MAED, AE-CI, MCP Audrey K. Kirk has served in a variety of positions within the Information Technology industry, including System Administration, Computer Technician, Geographical Information System Technician, and is currently a new business owner for a local daycare/tutoring center. Audrey received her bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bluefield State College and her Master of Arts in Education (Curriculum and Instruction-Adult Education) degree from University of Phoenix. 	Julie Kovac Department Chair - Accounting BBA, CPA Julie graduated Cum Laude from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. She has over 17 years of experience in operational management and tax advisory services. She has worked in accounting for various businesses, with the majority of her experience being in a Controller or Chief Financial Officer position. She founded Julie A. Kovac, CPA, a public accounting firm, whose primary focus was consulting small businesses on their financial and tax needs. Julie later sold her accounting firm after being recruited as the Chief Financial Officer by a large multi-site church. She has served on various non-profit boards within the last 7 years and graduated from a leadership program. She currently is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, where she serves on various committees, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Ohio. Julie is an instructor at the National College Columbus Campus and serves as Department Chair of the Accounting program.
	Stephanie Krautkramer Instructor CPC Stephanie Krautkramer has been a Certified Professional Coder since 2007 and has an extensive background in inpatient coding, outpatient coding, critical care, cardiology, GI, hematology, oncology, palliative, pulmonary, geriatric, nephrology, infectious disease, endocrinology, rheumatology, and general medicine. She is a medical coding auditor on a contractual basis to many companies on the west coast. Stephanie is an instructor of medical coding and billing courses at the National College Charlottesville Campus.
	Dorene Kray Instructor M.Ed. in Adult Learning & Development B.A.-Business Management; A.A. Applied Business Dorene Kray has held a variety of positions within the corporate, nonprofit, and governmental sectors of the business community in the last 25 years, including ownership of a consulting business, and brings a depth of experience to share with students. Kray earned a Masters of Education specializing in Human Resources from Cleveland State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Ursuline College, and an Associate of Applied Business from Cuyahoga Community College. Mrs. Kray is an instructor in the Business Department and currently teaches Human Resources.
	Yan Krayterman Instructor A.S., B.S., M.S. Yan Krayterman is an instructor in the Information System Engineering Program (ISE) at the Florence, KY, Dayton, OH, and Cincinnati, OH Campuses. He holds a master's degree and a bachelor's degree in Heat Engineering and an associate degree in Network Engineering. Yan holds numerous industry certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, and CompTIA, including MCITP, MCSE, MCDBA, MCTS, MCP, MCPI, CCNA, Security+, Network+ and A+. 	David Lampi Instructor BS David Lampi has been an instructor of business and economics courses at National College of Business & Technology since 2006. Prior to NCBT, he taught for 10 years in the Tennessee Public School System and was a Varsity High School football coach for three schools in Tennessee. David has also taught business & economics courses for schools in Kentucky and Michigan, while also coaching football & basketball. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business and economics.
	Althea Lancaster Instructor MBA, MSHRL Althea Lancaster has been with the National College Louisville Campus since 2008, where she is an instructor of Business courses. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree, as well as a second master's degree in Human Resource Leadership from Sullivan University. Althea works for the Commonwealth of Kentucky Vocational Rehabilitation Program.
	Charissa Lannan Department Chair - Administrative Office Professional MS, BS Charissa Lannan began her teaching career in the Sumter County School System in South Carolina for 15 years. For the first 10 of those years, she taught Business Education. After earning a Master of Science degree in Computer Technology in Education, she served as the Lead Instructional Technology Integration Specialist for the district for 5 years. Charissa also has experience working in the business setting, utilizing her business and technology skills. She is an instructor of office technology, business, management, and medical office courses at the National College Princeton Campus and serves as department chair for the Administrative Office Professional program.
	Susan Largen Instructor M.Ed, BS, AS Susan Largen has a Master of Education degree with an endorsement in Reading Specialization from Averett University in Danville, VA. She taught in the Henry County School System for 30 years. Susan currently serves as a church administrative assistant and is an instructor of various English courses at National College's Martinsville Campus.
	Beth Laurenz Director of Health Care Education MBA, BS, AAS, CMA (AAMA) Beth Laurenz has practiced as a Licensed Practical Nurse for over 25 years. She received her certificate of Practical Nursing from the Columbus School of Practical Nursing North Adult Education Center and holds a Nursing License from the State of Ohio. In her nursing career, Beth has worked in physicians' offices, hospitals, clinics, home health care, and extended health care facilities. The majority of her career was spent at the Ohio State University James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute in the post anesthesia care unit (PACU). While at the James, Beth received certification in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), cardiac defibrillation, and extensive training in IV therapy. She received an Associate degree in Applied Science majoring in Medical Assisting from Columbus State Community College and received her Certified Medical Assisting certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants. Beth received both her Bachelor of Science degree, with a major in Health Care Management and a minor in Human Resource Management, and her Master of Business Administration degree, with a focus on leadership, from Franklin University. Beth has served as the Director of Healthcare Education at the Columbus Campus of National College since 2009.
	Linda Law Department Chair - Bachelor Business Management BS Bus Ed, BS Bus Mgt, MBA Linda Law has served in a variety of managerial positions, including distribution center manager, facility manager, purchasing, transportation, and manufacturing. She also taught high school business classes and has extensive project management experience. Linda received her Bachelor of Science degree in business education and Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Averett College. She also received her Master of Business Administration degree from Averett University. Linda serves as the Danville, VA Campus Business Department Chair. She teaches business, Microsoft Office, accounting, and general education courses, and she oversees the business externships as well.
	David Layton Instructor BS, JD David Layton practiced law in Lancaster, Kentucky from 1971 to 2000. He received his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Eastern Kentucky University and his Juris Doctorate degree in Law from the University of Kentucky. David was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the Signal Corps of the United States Army Reserve in 1968 and served until 1996, when he retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. During his military service, he spent 20 years at the Pentagon, primarily working on the Army Budget, and graduated from the US Army Command and General Staff College in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas when he completed the resident reserve course. He teaches accounting, law, humanities, ethics, and business courses at both the Richmond and Danville, Kentucky Campuses. David serves as the Department Chair for Accounting at the Danville, KY Campus.
	Dana Leland Instructor BBA, MBA, MTX, PhD Dana Leland is a lifelong resident of San Antonio, Texas. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from the University of Incarnate Word, a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas- San Antonio, a Master of Science in Taxation degree from Florida Atlantic University, and a PhD in finance from NorthCentral University. 	Douglas Lewis Instructor JD, Ph.D, Au.D, MBA Dr. Doug Lewis is president and owner of Excalibur Business Consultants, LLC consulting in a wide range of areas involving healthcare, business, microenterprise development, and law while also maintaining a small law practice on the side. He also serves as general counsel and compliance officer for several other related organizations. He is an instructor of law and ethics, business, healthcare, and other courses at the National College Columbus Campus. 	Dorine Liebengood Instructor AS Dorine Liebengood obtained an Associate degree in Allied Health from Baker College in Michigan and has worked in the medical field for over 30 years in several specialties, including 19 years in oncology, hematology and internal medicine, as well as 14 years in dermatology, family practice, and pediatrics. She currently works in cardiology. Dorine has been a medical instructor at National College for almost eight years.
	Larry Liggan Director of Health Care Education M.Ed., BS, Certified-Allied Health Instructor, RMA Larry Liggan tenured 18 years of direct patient care experience while serving in the US Army. He has been a part of distinguished duty assignments with the US Army Burn Center at Fort Sam Houston and BN Aid Station PA at Fort Hood. Larry received his Bachelor of Science degree as Physician Associate from University of Oklahoma and a Master of Education degree from American InterContinental University. He currently serves as the Director of Health Care Education & Department Chair for the Charlottesville Campus, as well as an instructor of all medical core courses.
	Hilary Lipscomb Instructor B.A., M.ed. Hilary Lipscomb is an instructor of Preparatory English, English Composition, and Oral Communication at the National College Danville, VA Campus. She holds a bachelors degree in English, a master's degree in secondary education with a specialization in English, and a professional teaching license from the State of Virginia. 	Stephanie List Instructor MS; BS Stephanie List is a full-time instructor at the Columbus, Ohio Campus of National College, where she primarily teaches the anatomy and physiology courses required for those students enrolled in the various Health Education majors, in addition to medical terminology, pathophysiology, and advanced drug dosage and calculations courses. Stephanie has practiced as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for 7 years, providing anesthetic care for both general surgical and obstetric patients. She was previously employed at Mount Carmel West hospital as a Registered Nurse in the cardiac intensive care unit. Stephanie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Wright State University and her Master of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Akron.
	Gloria Livingston Instructor BS, RHIT Gloria Livingston holds an Associate degree, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Technology, and she received her Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) certification from the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). She has experience working as a medical records coordinator for Bethesda North Ambulatory Surgery Center, but she spent the majority of her career working for Bethesda Hospital in several different roles, including the medical records supervisor, serving as a back-up to the manager, and medical coder/abstractor. Gloria gives back to the health information management (HIM) community by being an advocate for new professionals in the field and a mentor. She is an instructor in the healthcare program at the National College Columbus Campus.
	Kenyia Logan Department Chair - Health Care Education AS, Advanced CPR and AED Certified Kenyia Logan has worked in the medical field in a variety of settings, including as a medical assistant, phlebotomist, and for 10 years as a medical assisting instructor. 	Christine Malloy Instructor BA Christine Malloy is an instructor in the Pharmacy Technician program at the National College Dayton Area Campus. 	Dylan March Instructor BS Dylan March has served in a variety of positions in his 12 years in the Information Technology field. He currently serves as Corporate Business Technology Manager at Mail America Communications LLC, in Forest, VA. Prior to entering this field, Dylan served in the Army as a military journalist achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant. Deidre received her bachelor's degree in Health Care Services from University of Phoenix and her associate degree in Health Information from Hocking College. She is a Registered Health Information Technician and a Certified Coder and Auditor. She teaches medical coding and health information technology courses at the Parkersburg Campus.
	Amber Middleton Department Chair - General Education MPH, BS Amber Middleton has over 6 years of experience in the health care field and 4 years of experience in higher education. She has a bachelor's degree in human biology from Michigan State University and a Master's of Public Health degree from Walden University. Amber is currently the General Education Department chair for the Richmond Campus and teaches general education and allied health science courses.
	Theresa Miller Instructor MBA, MATD Theresa A. Miller is an instructor at the Nashville and Madison Campuses. She has professional experience in the areas of business, healthcare, financial operations, educational programming, instructional curriculum design, and administration. She has been in the educational and healthcare arena for 27 years, primarily in the area if medical billing and coding. Theresa began her career as a Certified Medical Assistant and went further to obtain a bachelors degree and a Master of Business Administration degree. She also earned several certificates in the training and development arena and completed a Master of Arts degree in training and development.
	Boyd T. Miller Instructor M.S, B.S Boyd T. Miller is an instructor of science and business courses at the National College Princeton Campus. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree, a Master of Science degree, and is currently pursuing a PHD in Organizational Leadership. Boyd is a Certified Arborist and has conducted seminars on various environmental topics.
	Richard Miller Instructor M.D.; B.S. Dr. Richard Miller graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from East Tennessee State University and graduated with a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University Of Tennessee College Of Medicine. He completed a Family Practice Residency program at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, earning Board Certification in the specialty of Family Practice. Since residency, Richard has worked in a variety of medical practice positions including group and individual family practice positions and served as Emergency Room Physician for several East Tennessee hospitals while under contract with Emergency Coverage Corporation. He served as chief of staff for a hospital in middle Tennessee for one year while operating a family practice in the community for 9 years and obtained a grant from the Upper Cumberland Community Health Agency for his work in a rural Tennessee physician shortage area. He has served as an instructor for National College teaching medical and clinical classes at the Bristol Campus since 2005.
	Cynthia Miller Instructor AA Cynthia Miller received an associate degree from the Business Institute of Pennsylvania in Health Information Technology and attended Sharon Regional School of Nursing and Penn State University for Registered Nursing. She has experience working in the field as a pharmacy technician, medical biller, and medical coder. Cynthia is a medical coding instructor with National College in Youngstown, where she teaches Clinical Classifications and Procedural Coding courses.
	Rodney Mishler Instructor BA, CPA Rod Mishler is a CPA who teaches Income Tax, Principles of Accounting, Payroll Accounting, and Computerized Accounting. As a practicing CPA, he provides the accounting services and tax preparation of businesses, individuals, and non-profit organizations. He has had the opportunity in his career to serve as chief financial officer and treasurer of midsized corporations giving him experience in both the private and public sector. Rod also volunteers his time as a professional to advise community associations as an elected board member.
	Robin Mitzelos Instructor A.A., A.A.S., B.A., M.S.P. Robin Mitzelos has worked in the field of education for 6 years and is an instructor at National College of Business & Technology's Knoxville Campus. Robin is currently working towards a doctorate degree in education from the University of Phoenix. 	Rick Morris Instructor MA Rick Morris holds a master's degree in New Media Arts and Science from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. He is an instructor at the National College Indianapolis Campus, where he teaches Microsoft Office 2010 and Preparatory Math courses.
	Wilbert Morris Department Chair - Accounting M.S., B.S. Wilbert Morris has worked in the financial field for more than 28 years and is presently a Financial Manager, employed as a Department of Defense (DOD) civilian at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Wilbert received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Fayetteville State University and his Master of Science degree from Troy State University. He holds a Level I Certification in Business-Financial Management and is a member of the American Society of Military Comptrollers. He is an instructor of accounting courses at the National College Dayton Area Campus, where he also serves as department chair for the accounting program.
	Walter Moss Department Chair - Business Management MBA, BBA, AA Walter Moss has been with the Cleveland Campus since November, 2009 and is currently the Department Chair for Business Management. He holds Master's Degrees and Bachelor's Degrees in Business from Cleveland State University. Walter worked in the private sector as an inventory accountant and in supply chain management.
	Paula Muir Instructor RHIT, BS Paula Muir holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration and is a Registered Health Information Technician. She has worked in the traditional Acute Care setting for over 30 years, with 25 of those years having been devoted to Health Information Management (HIM) as the Director and 5 years were as Director of Clinical Support and Physician Services as well as Performance Improvement and Reengineering. She also worked for 4 years as Director of Transcription Services (HIM) for an Outsourcing Company. Paula has served as an instructor at Kent State University and Trumbull County Joint Vocational School, as well as an independent HIM consultant. She currently teaches the Health Information Technology core classes at the National College Youngstown Campus.

	Patrick Murray Instructor AAS, BA, MBA Patrick Murray is a Louisville native. He holds a bachelor's degree from Purdue University, a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Louisville, and an Associate degree in mechanical design. Patrick works in material resources planning for a design and manufacturing company. He has been an instructor at National College since 2007 and teaches a variety of General Education and Business courses.
	Lana Napier Instructor BBA, MPA Lana Napier has been an educator at National College in Richmond, KY since 1991, where she has taught accounting, business administration, computer, and English courses. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Public Administration degree.
	Faryal Nasir Instructor BA Faryal Nasir graduated from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Integrative Studies. After volunteering as an adult English as a Second Language (ESL) instructor for a year, she decided to pursue it as a career and has been teaching ESL since 2011. She has taught at an international summer camp held in California as well as Columbia College located in Fairfax, VA. Faryal is currently an instructor in the ESL program at ANU's Tysons Corner location.

	Kevin Neyland Instructor BBA, CCNA, Network+, A+, MCSE 2K Kevin Neyland is currently teaching Information Systems Engineering courses at National College, Cincinnati Campus. He received a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, is a Cisco Certified Network Associate, a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and holds certifications in Network+, and A+. Kevin is currently a Network Infrastructure Solutions Architect with General Electric. 	Jaime Nguyen Director of Health Care Education MD, MPH, MS, BA, RMA Jaime Nguyen has more than 15 years of experience working in the medical and health care field. She has a Medical Degree (MD) from MSIH/Columbia University with a focus in global health and preventative medicine, a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Master of Science (MS) degree in Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Toledo where she researched Type 1 diabetes. In addition, Jaime is a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) and is currently the Director Health Care Education (DHCE) at the Madison Campus.

Carolyn has an Associates of Applied Science from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College and is a Certified Surgical Technologist. 	Leah Nix Director of Health Care Education ASN Leah Nix is the Director of Health Care Education at National College in Parkersburg, West Virginia. After graduating from Gordon College of Nursing with an associate degree in nursing, she actively practiced nursing in the state of Georgia as a Registerd Nurse for 17 years. In 2011, she served as the Medical Compliance Administrator at Albany Advocacy Resource Center in Albany, Georgia until relocating to West Virginia.
	Carla Nolan Director of Surgical Technology CST Carla Nolan serves as the Director of the Surgical Technology program at the National College Indianapolis Campus. She received her Surgical Technology Diploma from Bloomington Hospital and is a Certified Surgical Technologist.
	Ramine Noori Instructor B. S., D. C. Ramine Noori holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He has been in practice for 15 years and currently has a chiropractic practice with his brother in Dayton, Ohio. Teresa O'Connor graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, KY with Teaching Certification and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. He currently owns and operates a horse breeding marketing and sales company. 	Derrick Parks Director of Health Care Education B.A., CMA Derrick Parks has worked in various aspects of healthcare, public health, and allied health academia over the past 20 years. He attained his bachelor's degree in psychobiology from Oberlin College and completed two years of graduate medical education at Wright State University School of Medicine. He is now active in the real estate business and is a Virginia Licensed Realtor. Jamey is the owner of Parks Properties, LLC, where he owns rental properties, buys and flips houses, and is starting a new property management division. 	Thomas Powell Department Chair - Computer Applications Technology BBA-MIS, EMT, Project Management in IT certification Tom Powell is a highly diversified executive with over 25 years of vast practical experience and proven results in general, technical, and functional leadership. He has diverse experience in corporate-level policy formulation, business development, program execution, fiscal management and decision-making and is a recognized expert in information technology. Tom is currently working as the IT Manager for Shelby County Government Aging Commission and serves as the Information Security and Privacy Officer. In parallel with his professional career, Tom has built an impressive record of achievement and advancement through a series of progressively responsible positions on Tennessee Task Force One, an Urban Search and Rescue Team under the control of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Department of Homeland Security, where he is currently serving as Plans Manager/TIS. 	David Powell Department Chair - General Education BA, JD, LLM David Powell has practiced law in the nuclear power industry as a partner in a Washington, D.C. law firm, as well as in his own firm. He was the owner of a consulting business in the energy industry. He holds a Bachelor's degree, a Juris Doctor, and an LLM. He is a retired military officer. 	Elizabeth Price Instructor BS, MS Elizabeth Price holds a Bachelor of Science degree in social work, sociology, and psychology from Austin Pea State University and a Master of Science degree in clinical psychology from Capella University. She is an instructor at the Nashville Campus.
	Rhonda Pruitt Instructor AA, BA, MPH Rhonda Pruitt serves as the Southside District Epidemiologist for the Virginia Department of Health, where she works on infectious disease surveillance and investigation, bioterrorism preparedness, and leads the district Epidemiology Response Team. She has experience in Healthcare Management and Administration and is an instructor in the healthcare program at the National College Danville, VA Campus.
	Aledria Ragland Director of Health Care Education BSHA, RMA Aledria E. Ragland has worked in the medical field for more than 15 years. She received a diploma in medical assisting from Concorde Career College, a bachelor's degree in health care administration from University of Phoenix, and holds certification as a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA). Aledria teaches medical terminology, medical office finance, medical office procedures, and medical assisting exam success courses and presently serves as the Director of Health Care Education for National College of Business and Technology's Bartlett Campus.
	Sarah Rakes Instructor B.S. Sarah Rakes is currently a biology instructor specializing in human biology and zoology. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a chemistry minor and a focus in pre-veterinary science from Christopher Newport University of Newport News, VA. Prior to teaching at National College, Sarah worked as a veterinary technician for six years. While attending Christopher Newport University, she worked as a biology research technician for three years. She also interned at the Virginia Museum of Natural History as a biology research assistant. Sarah teaches human anatomy and physiology as well as medical terminology.
	Charles Ramsey Instructor B.S, M.A., DC Charles Ramsey holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bob Jones University, a Master of Arts degree, and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University. He is an instructor at the Nashville Campus.
	Sam Rasoul Instructor MBA Sam Rasoul is an instructor at the American National University Roanoke Valley Campus and also serves as the Chief Strategy Officer for Kissito Healthcare International. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus in International Business from Hawaii Pacific University and is a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator. As a 2008 Congressional Nominee in Virgina's Sixth District, Sam's central platform revolved around the betterment of healthcare. He was featured in the Blue Ridge Business Journal as one of the "Top 20 Leaders Under 40."
	Byron Rawlinson Instructor MBA; BA Byron Rawlinson has been an instructor at the Danville, VA Campus of National College since 2007. He teaches a variety of subjects in the general education and medical assisting curriculum. Byron's professional career includes over 15 years of managerial experience in operations and marketing research in the manufacturing, transportation, and financial industries. For the past 10 years, he has owned and operated a small business that provides health and personal care services for the geriatric population. Byron received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro.
	Abbas Rawoot Instructor BS, MBA, CPA Abbas Rawoot has worked in public and private accounting and finance for more than 25 years. He is presently a sole practitioner Certified Public Accountant and owns an exclusive Allstate insurance agency. Abbas has a Master of Business Administration degree from University of District of Columbia. He is an instructor of accounting, tax, and audit courses at the National College Harrisonburg Campus.
	Teresa Ray Instructor CST Teresa Ray has worked in the surgical technology field as a Certified Surgical Technologist for over 10 years. She is currently teaching a surgical clinical course and supervising extern students at local hospitals for the Louisville Campus.
	Felicia Ray Instructor MA RHIA Felicia Ray has worked or taught in the Health Information Technology field since 1986, and she has experience in hospital coding and nursing facility records supervision. She has taught courses in statistics, electronic health records, diagnosis and procedure coding, pathophysiology, and reimbursement. Felicia is an instructor in the Health Information Technology program at the Louisville Campus.
	Jaime Rebkovich Instructor BS, JD Jaime L. Rebkovich is an attorney in Blacksburg, Virginia. Her practice focuses on family law and estate planning. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing management from Virginia Tech and a Juris Doctor degree from The Penn State Dickinson School of Law. Jaime has been an instructor at the American National University Roanoke Valley Campus since 2007. Her courses include Introduction to Psychology, Introduction to Paralegal Studies, Legal Research and Writing Part 1 and Part 2, Administrative Law, Wills Trusts and Estate Planning, and Family Law.

	Kenneth Redheffer Instructor B.A., M.A. Kenneth Redheffer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in education from Glassboro State College and a Master of Arts degree from Liberty University. He served in the U.S. Army Reserves, where he rose to the rank of 2nd Lieutenant. Ken was employed by the United States Postal Service for 33 years, serving in various management and training positions. He is an instructor of computer and general education courses at the American National University Roanoke Valley Campus, where he has also served as Faculty Advisor to the Student Activities Council (SAC) and was a co-founder and charter member of the National Eagles Toastmasters (NETC).
	Bonnie Reynolds Instructor DBA candidate, MAOM, BSM Bonnie Reynolds has acquired a rich foundation from over 20 years in the insurance industry, sales, entrepreneurship, and business development/implementation. She currently teaches at National College as a Business instructor. Reynolds is the owner of B 4 Business, a business consultation company and is Chairman of the Board of Trustees for The House That Wisdom Built. Reynolds is currently working on a Doctorate in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Baker College. She received a Master's of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Myers University.
	Ashley Reynolds Instructor B.A.; J.D. Ashley Reynolds holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Hollins University and a Juris Doctor degree from the William and Mary School of Law. She is also currently pursuing both a Master of Public Administration degree and a PhD from Virginia Tech. Ashley is an instructor at the American National University Roanoke Valley Campus.
	Angel Ricciulli Instructor DC Dr. Angel Ricciulli has worked in the medical field and owned and operated her own private practice for more than 10 years. She has a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic and is currently President of the Eastern Ohio Chiropractic Society. She teaches many medical courses, including Systems of Transport and Support and Diseases of the Human Body at the Youngstown Campus.
	Sandra Rice Instructor M.S. Sandra Rice received her master's degree in Higher Education from Walden University. She teaches Keyboarding and Business Communications courses at National College's Florence and Cincinnati Campuses .
	Markese Rice Instructor MBA, BS Markese has worked in the information technology field as a Business Systems Analyst for the past 7 years for a Fortune 500 company. He has also served on the board of directors for numerous non-profit organizations. Markese has a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in management, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree, and he is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in business administration. He is an instructor of business and computer courses at the Louisville Campus.
	Linda Richards Director of Health Information Technology BS; RHIT; CCS Linda has over 30 years of experience in the Health Information Management arena. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The College of St. Scholastica, Duluth, MN and holds certifications as a Registered Health Information Technician and a Certified Coding Specialist with AHIMA. Linda teaches Clinical Classifications and Procedural Coding, along with many other Health Information Technology program core classes at the Youngstown Campus, where she serves as Director of the Health Information Technology program.
	Brian Richards Instructor Brian Richards has been teaching courses in information technology for over a decade. During the day, he works as an IT Manager for Carnegie Mellon University. His academic background is in both instructional technology and information security. Brian has been working in information technology for over 13 years. He is currently an instructor for the American National University online program.
	Don Richardson Instructor BS, AA, MBA, CPA, CBA Don Richardson has served in a variety of positions within the financial services industry, including staff auditor, audit manager, assistance vice president of auditing, controller, and he is currently the staff accountant for a local utility company. Don received his bachelor's degree in marketing from Virginia Tech and his Master of Business Administration degree from National College. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Bank Auditor (CBA). He teaches accounting courses in the master's and undergraduate programs at the American National University Roanoke Valley Campus.
	Lloyd Richardson Department Chair - General Education B.A.; B.A.Ed.; M.S.; Ed.D Dr. Lloyd Richardson is a seasoned educator, having served in a number of administrative positions in higher education, including Dean and President, and has achieved the rank of Full Professor at the university level. He has also served as Executive Vice President of the Council of Independent Colleges and for The Presidents Foundation for Higher Education. Lloyd served as a Presidential Exchange Executive through a White House appointment and held senior executive assignments at several national and international human service and research organizations and associations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social and Behavioral Science, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education, a Master of Science degree in Chemistry and Physics, and a Doctor of Education degree in Higher Education Administration. Lloyd is an instructor at the National College Harrisonburg Campus, where he also serves as Chair of the General Education Department.

He is licensed as a real estate salesperson in Virginia and continues to work as a NASCAR sports broadcaster. 	Patricia Ridge Director of Health Care Education AS, CMA (AAMA) Patricia Ridge has worked in the health care field for over 10 years and is presently the Director of Health Care Education at National College in Indianapolis. She holds an associate's degree from Indiana Business College and is a Certified Medical Assistant through AAMA. 	J Belinda Robarge Instructor B.S., M.P.A.S., PA-C J. Belinda Robarge is a Certified Physician's Assistant. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill and her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies at Oregon Health & Sciences University, where she also served as a physician assistant in the Division of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. 	Latisha Robertson Instructor BBA, MBA Latisha Robertson has been an instructor at National College since 2009. She earned her bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Memphis, her Master of Business Administration degree from Strayer University, and is currently a doctoral candidate of Organizational Leadership at the University of Phoenix. Latisha served as a classroom instructor of GED Prep and Office Technology in Business for the Memphis Literacy Council. She also gained experience in the commodities trading industry working as a Research Assistant and Trading Coordinator. In addition, she currently is a Learning Coach for students enrolled in K-12 Online Public School.
	Deb Romeo Director of Surgical Technology CST Deb Romeo is a Certified Surgical Technologist with 16 years of experience in the main Operating Room and as a private scrub. She currently serves as Director of the Surgical Technology program at the National College Youngstown Campus.
	Tracy Ross Department Chair - Accounting BBA, MBA Tracy Ross has spent over 15 years in financial and operations management for small businesses in the Middle Tennessee area. Her diverse experience and education have provided her with a thorough knowledge of all details pertaining to a company's financial operations and business management. Tracy is a graduate of Tennessee State University with both a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting, and a master of Business Administration degree with a focus in management and small business Development. She is an instructor of accounting courses at the Madison and Nashville Campuses and serves as the accounting department chair at the Madison Campus.

	Douglas Saunders Instructor BS, AS, PMP Doug Saunders has served in a variety of positions within multiple industries, including government, retail, insurance, financial and health care. He has held positions of increasing responsibilities, from developer, client manager, project manager, program manager, information security manager, and manager of portfolio programs and projects for a Fortune 20 company. Doug received his associate's degree in engineering design and bachelor's degree in mathematics and computer science from California State University, Long Beach. He is a Project Management Professional and teaches general mathematics at the National College Columbus Campus.
	Scott Schlemmer Pharmacy Technician Department Chair Ph.D., B.S., A.S., CPhT(PTCB) Dr. Scott R. Schlemmer has worked in primary cancer research for 26 years, and his specialties include anti-cancer drug development and the study of drug resistance mechanisms, environmental carcinogenesis, tumor biology and angiogenesis, and vascular biology specializing in the study of blood coagulation factors. He holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from Cornell University that was earned off campus at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City, a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Bowling Green State University, and an Associate of Science degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from the George Washington University. Scott is an instructor of courses in Pharmacology, Pharmacy Practice, Math and Dosage Calculations, Human Diseases, and the Pharmacy Technician Success Class. He also supervises both retail and in-patient externships for all the pharmacy technician associate degree candidates as Department Chair of the Pharmacy Technician program at the Cleveland Area Campus. Schofill has worked within the Computer and IT industry for more than 25 years. She has held a variety of positions, including manager of an internet company, Senior Analyst and Team Leader at COMPAQ Computer division of TAG, and as a Field Service Engineer at Siemens. Patricia has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Stevens Institute of Technology, and a Master's degree from New York Institute of Technology. She is currently the Director of IT Programs and Dept. Pam is a Member of Excellence at a local IAAP chapter (Administrative Secretarial Association). She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Ashland University and her Master of Science degree from Youngstown State University. Pam is an instructor of keyboarding, office procedures, and other secretarial skills courses at the National College Youngstown Campus.
	Patricia Sell Director of Health Care Education AAS, BS, MSEd, RN, RMA (AMT) Patricia Sell is the department chair and Director of Health Care Education at National College's Princeton Campus. She earned an Associate of Applied Science in nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Fairmont State University, as well as Master's degree in Education from Virginia Tech. She has experience as an Associate Head Nurse, Charge Nurse, and In-House Supervisor at hospitals and nursing homes in Morgantown, Fairmont, Princeton and Bluefield (WV) and recently worked as a relief hospice nurse. Patricia teaches clinical medical assisting courses as well as anatomy and physiology, medical terminology, and healthcare law and ethics. She also prepares students to take the RMA exam prior to graduation.

	Robert Sharp Instructor BS, MBA, CPA, EA Bob Sharp worked as a governmental accountant and served as finance director of several local governmental agencies and metropolitan housing authorities. He is now active in the tax preparation and tax problem resolution field, in addition to being an instructor of income tax courses. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Dayton. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is an Enrolled Agent licensed by the IRS.
	Amy Shaw Instructor BA, LPN, LNHA, s-M.Div Amy has spent 22 years in healthcare, working as a nurse, nurse executive, consultant, and as a nursing home administrator for over 15 of those years. She is currently a Candidate for Unitarian Universalist ministry, and serves a Cincinnati congregation as Intern Minister when she is not teaching. Amy teaches Anatomy and Physiology, Medical Terminology, Pharmacology, and other courses as available.
	Karen Sherback Director of Surgical Technology CST, FAST Karen Sherback has worked in the medical field for over 30 years. She is a Certified Surgical Technologist, and her career has been spent in the operating room working tableside in many different specialties and areas of the country. He has worked various positions in Finance and IT, including Sr. System Support Specialist, Sr. Operations Analyst, Financial Analysis Manager, and Regional Planning & Analysis Manager. He received an associate degree from Middlesex Community College and a bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Massachusetts Boston. While working in Atlantic City, he earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Monmouth University. 	Kenneth Shockley Director of IT Programs BS, MA, MCP N+ S+ LPI Kenneth Shockley has worked in the information technology field for 15 years. He received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degrees from American Intercontinental University. 	David Silver Instructor BS; MS David is originally from Philadelphia, PA and served as a member of the Penn Wynne Fire Co for 23 years. He taught at a high school in PA for 8 years, was part owner/operator of Silver Dry Goods for 10 years, and owned and operated the Laural River KOA Kampground in Corbin, KY for five years. He also taught at EKU for two years and Madison Central H.S. for 19 years. He has been an instructor at National College's Richmond Campus since 1990 and teaches business-related courses. He holds a bachelor's degree in education from Temple University and a master's degree in education administration from Eastern Kentucky University.

	Peyton Simpson Instructor BS, MBA Peyton Simpson is a Certified Public Accountant and spent 25 years as a partner with Big 4 Accounting firms. He has been CFO for several companies and presently is a register investment advisor. Peyton holds a Bachelor of Science degree, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Kentucky. 	Glenda Simpson Instructor AS/Certified Medical Assistant (AAMA) Glenda Simpson has been an instructor for the Medical Department at National College in Danville, Kentucky since December 2001. She has worked for several physicians as a Certified Medical Assistant prior to and during her time as an instructor for National College. She has experience as a Transport Team Dispatcher, Health Information Clerk, and a Billing Specialist for Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. Glenda also worked as an administrative assistant for AdMart International for several years prior to going back to school for her Associate of Science Degree in Medical Assisting.

She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Crichton College and is licensed in several states in Life and Health Insurance. Patrenna is the President of The Singletary Network, Managing Consultant for Singletary Investment Consultants, Nashville Regional Chapter Leader for Business Over Coffee, Radio Talk Show Host for Business Over Coffee Nashville, Editor in Chief for Singletary the Magazine, and Editor for Just My Nashville Magazine. Patrenna has received numerous awards, including: 2012 Educator of Distinction from the Tennessee Association of Independent Colleges and Schools, National College Distinguished Teaching Award for the Tennessee and Indiana Division for 2012, and National College Outstanding College Member for the Memphis Campus three times. She has worked in the past as a family, group, and individual counselor for children/adolescents and their families. Kirsten is an instructor of a variety of general education courses at the Indianapolis Campus, including Psychology, Cultural Appreciation, Ethics, Human Relations in Organizations, and Logic and Critical Thinking.
	Brian Triplett Instructor A.A. & S., B.A., M.Ed., Ed.S. Brian Triplett is currently a teacher in the Lynchburg City Schools system. He holds a Graduate Professional Teacher's License from the Virginia Department of Education with endorsements in English 7-12, Social Studies 7-12, Business and Information Technology 7-12, and Elementary PK-6. He is currently working toward an endorsement for School Administration K-12, which will be completed by the end of 2012. Brian has an associate degree from Central Virginia Community College, as well as Bachelor of Arts, Master of Education, and Educational Specialist degrees from Liberty University. He is also pursuing a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree at George Washington University. Brian is an instructor at the National College Lynchburg Campus.
	Sherri Tuck Instructor AAS, BBA, MBA, MA Sherri Tuck has worked in the financial field for 15 years, where she has functioned as team leader and supervisor. She received an Associate of Arts and Science degree in Liberal Arts and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Accounting from Danville Community College; a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Averett University; a Master of Business Administration degree in Global Management from University of Phoenix; and a Master of Arts degree in Theological Studies from Liberty University. Sherri currently serves on the Board of Directors of two nonprofit organizations in Danville, Virginia and recently completed the Duke University Board Training Program. She is an instructor of courses in business management and general education at the National College Danville, Virginia Campus.
	Ruth Turner Instructor MS; BS Ruth Turner received a Master of Science degree in Business Administration and Education from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education from James Madison University. She has served as an accounting instructor at National College since 1991. Ruth has prior experience teaching accounting in several Virginia high schools, in addition to over 30 years of work experience in various administrative and accounting positions. She is currently employed as a Human Resources Manager and Accountant at a local manufacturing company.
	Jennifer Turner Clinical Coordinator Surgical Technology AS,CST Jennifer Turner has worked in the medical field for four years and presently serves as Clinical Coordinator of Surgical Technology for the Danville, Virginia Campus. She previously worked for Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital for three years. Jennifer has an associate degree in Surgical Technology and holds her Certification in Surgical Technology. She teaches courses and coordinates all clinicals for the Surgical Technology program.
	Brenia Tyler Director of Health Information Technology MBA, RHIA Brenia Tyler has worked in the health information field for over 17 years and is presently the Director of Health Information Technology at National College's South Bend Campus. She has a Master of Business Administration degree from Everest University, a Bachelor of Science degree from Chicago State University, and is a Registered Health Information Administrator with a Certificate in Spanish Healthcare from Truman College. Brenia is currently attending Capella University's Education in Higher Leadership Doctoral Program. She teaches medical terminology, coding and billing, healthcare law and ethics, and other medical courses.
	Debra Tymcio Director of Health Care Education BA, RT., RMA Debra Tymcio graduated from Malone College with a degree in Radiologic Technology and enjoyed a twenty-five year career as a registered diagnostic radiographer. For the past thirteen years, Debra has taught medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and medical ethics to students in the allied health professions. She currently serves as the Director of Health Care Education at National College's Akron Area Campus.
	Gail van Duursen Academic Dean MS, BS Gail van Duursen has served as Academic Dean of American National University since the fall of 2009. She brought a diverse background of experience to her position: serving as an Adjunct Instructor with the college for four years, over three years as a Career Development Counselor, and over twenty-five years of customer service in the hospitality industry. Gail's credentials have also prepared her to deliver critical professional services to her students in her role as Academic Dean. She holds a Master of Science in Management and Organizational Behavior degree with a specialization in Training and Development from Silver Lake College (WI), a Bachelor of Science degree in a business-related field from Florida State University (FL), is certified to administer and interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and is trained as a Career Development Facilitator.
	Pamela Van Nutt Department Chair - Computer Applications Technology BS Pamela Van Nutt worked as a computer programmer within business and academia for 10 years while living in New York. She has been an instructor at the National College Martinsville Campus for the past 10 years and has been Department Chair for the Computer Application Technology program for much of that time. Pam teaches COM and ISE courses. She obtained a bachelor's degree from the State University of New York- Institute of Technology.
	Dennis Vargo Instructor BA, AA Dennis Vargo has taught in the IT and multimedia departments for several colleges in the Cleveland area. He holds an associate degree and a bachelor's degree, and he has work experience in web design and email marketing for a local firm. Dennis is an instructor at the Akron Area Campus.
	Conchita Vines Instructor MBA Conchita Vines has 13 years of accounting experience in various industries. Her experience spans working for various Fortune 500 companies as Cash Management specialist, Financial Analyst, and Fiscal Officer. She is currently an International Tax Examiner with the U.S. Department of Treasury Internal Revenue Service (IRS), where she has been employed since 2008. She is an alumnus of Middle Tennessee State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree in management. Conchita is an instructor of accounting at the Madison Campus.
	Eric Vogler Department Chair - Accounting BA; MBA Eric spent 35 years in manufacturing, of which 25 years was in accounting positions and 10 years in plant management. He was involved in plant, divisional and corporate accounting. His financial career included start-ups, plant closures, and spin-offs. Eric's industrial background included automotive, truck industry, electronics, and lift trucks. He was one of the first people embarking on Activity Based Costing Accounting within the industry with a pilot program through Harvard University. Eric also opened and operated his own consulting practice focused on acquiring small business equity. Eric holds a bachelor's degree from John Carroll University, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from Baldwin Wallace College. He has been an instructor at National College for 8 years, and he is the current Chair of Accounting and Business at the Richmond Campus.
	Veronica Waddles Instructor CPC Veronica Waddles has 12 years of experience in the medical field. Her experience includes working in nursing homes, hospitals, and hospice care in a variety of settings, including long term care, ICU, ER, Med Surg, and the cardiac/telemetry unit. Veronica has been an instructor with National College since 2009, first at the Danville, KY Campus and now at the Richmond Campus. She is a Certified Professional Coder and currently works at Hospice Care Plus as a referral specialist.
