Luis Alicea-Batlle MS; BS; AS Luis Alicea-Batlle has been an instructor in the Business Department at the National College Louisville Campus for the past four years. He also serves as an instructor through classroom-conferencing for the Harrisonburg Campus. Luis holds a Master of Science degree in Management from Oakland City University, Oakland City, IN; a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration/Organization from Central Michigan University, Mount Pleasant, MI; and an Associate degree in General Education from Troy State University, Troy, AL. Luis is a U.S. Army veteran, having served 21 years of active duty and 9 years of reserve time. While in the Army, he held positions as Drill Sergeant, Drill Sergeant Academy Instructor, and Leadership Academy Instructor. Luis has had civilian work experience in resource management, advertisement sales, car sales, and human resource management/coordinating. He has been instructing college-level courses since 2007. |

Felix Baez BA, MCSE, Net+ Felix Baez worked as a Senior Data Analyst for a Telecommunications Auditing company before coming to National College. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and has obtained his CompTIA Network+ certification. Felix is an instructor of Information Systems Engineering courses and the Bachelor of Information Technology courses, and he currently serves as Director of IT programs at the Harrisonburg Campus. |

Larry Davis MBA, BS Larry Davis is a retired U.S. Army Colonel. He was a Comptroller (Financial Manager) and was the Assistant Budget Director on the Army Staff and served as Installation Comptroller of a large manufacturing Arsenal, as well as a large multi-command installation in the Washington, D.C. area. He has also been a staff comptroller for a large support command and Financial Aid Programmer in a U.S. Embassy in the Middle East, as well as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of a corporation headquartered in Dayton, OH. Larry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business-Marketing from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Syracuse University. He has been an instructor at National College in Harrisonburg, VA since March 2003 and currently serves as Department Chair for the Business Management program. |

Cynthia Glass MS Ed, BS Cynthia Glass graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Vocational Education and a Master of Science degree in education, both from the State University of New York at Oswego. She was a recipient of the Governor's Award for Educational Excellence, and while at SUNY Oswego she received the National Business Education Association Award of Merit and the Chancellor Award for Student Excellence. Mary Good AA; CPhT Mary Good has worked in the Pharmacy field for 16 years and is presently a Field Colleague Trainer with a major retail chain pharmacy. Mary has an Associate of Arts degree from National College, is nationaly certified through the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board, and is Virginia state licensed as a Pharmacy Technician. She teaches Pharmacy Technician Exam Success, Pharmacy Systems of Operations, Pharmacy Practice, and other Pharmacy courses at the Charlottesville Campus. |

Robert Hale BA, MA, D. Phil. Dr. Robert Hale serves as an instructor at the National College Lexington Campus. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in education, a Master of Arts degree in education, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in religion and society. Robert also serves as an instructor through classroom-conferencing for the Danville, VA, Harrisonburg, and Indianapolis Campuses. In 2011 Dr. Hale was presented the "Rising Star" educator award by McGraw Hill and the Kentucky Association of Career Colleges and Schools. David Hoagland B.S. Accounting / Certified Public Accountant David Hoagland has a bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). David has experience in many areas of accounting, including public practice, governmental accounting and industry and has served as staff accountant, manufacturing accountant, division director, and chief financial officer (CFO). He has owned and operated various businesses during his career and is a member of his state (KSCPA) and national (AICPA) accounting organizations. David teaches primarily accounting and business courses at the National College Lexington Campus. Lloyd Richardson B.A.; B.A.Ed.; M.S.; Ed.D Dr. Lloyd Richardson is a seasoned educator, having served in a number of administrative positions in higher education, including Dean and President, and has achieved the rank of Full Professor at the university level. He has also served as Executive Vice President of the Council of Independent Colleges and for The Presidents Foundation for Higher Education. Lloyd served as a Presidential Exchange Executive through a White House appointment and held senior executive assignments at several national and international human service and research organizations and associations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social and Behavioral Science, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education, a Master of Science degree in Chemistry and Physics, and a Doctor of Education degree in Higher Education Administration. Charles Sherback A.S.; B.S.; MBA Charlie Sherback has spent over twenty years in the Casino Industry, and has helped open seven casinos. He has worked various positions in Finance and IT, including Sr. System Support Specialist, Sr. Operations Analyst, Financial Analysis Manager, and Regional Planning & Analysis Manager. He received an associate degree from Middlesex Community College and a bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Massachusetts Boston. Dwight Slough BBA, MBA, LUTCF, CLTC Dwight Slough has served in a variety of positions within the financial and insurance services industry, including financial advisor and insurance representative, and he is currently the owner of DHS Financial Services. Dwight received his bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing with a minor in Economics from James Madison University and his Master of Business Administration degree from Alabama A&M University. Twice, Dwight has been recognized as top producer in individual sales in the insurance industry. He worked as a research scientist at the National Bureau of Standards and has owned his own computer software business.
