Joshua Alexander is an instructor for the Pharmacy Technician programs at the National College Dayton Area and Cincinnati Campuses. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Wright State University, as well as four associate degrees from Sinclair Community College in chemistry, business, biology, and liberal arts and sciences. He has worked as a pharmacy technician for over 9 years and currently works in a retail pharmacy, owns his own company, and volunteers with the American Red Cross.

Dorreth Bailey-Oldacre

Dorreth Bailey-Oldacre received her Bachelor of Science degree in Information Processing System from the University of Cincinnati and her Master of Education degree with a Specialization in Curriculum and Instruction Computer Education from the University of Phoenix. She is an instructor of software applications at National College's Cincinnati Campus.

Scott Bentley

Scott Bentley has served in a variety of positions within the automotive, professional services, and financial services industries, including financial analyst, internal auditor, and he is currently a new business analyst for an entrepreneurial firm. He received his bachelor's degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University, his Master of Education degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He teaches all levels of accounting and business mathematics courses at the National College Cincinnati Campus.

Carla Bernardino

Carla Bernardino has 27 years of experience as an Information Technology professional with 13 of those years served in management roles. Carla received her Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati. She has been an instructor of Microsoft applications with National College since the opening of the Cincinnati Campus in 2005.

Lois Bradford
Director of Health Information Technology

Lois J. Bradford is the Director of Health Information Technology at the Cincinnati Campus. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Cincinnati, an Associate of Applied Science degree in Health Information Management from Cincinnati State Community College, and a Nursing diploma from the Butler County Program of Practical Nursing. She has held numerous managerial positions in the Health Information Technology (HIT) field at hospitals, behavioral clinics, nursing facilities and most recently at a regional military medical center, where she served as a physician instructor and was responsible for physician and medical staff education and training for 7 medical clinics. Lois has also served as an independent HIT consultant specializing in hospital CMS coding compliance audits nationwide. Lois is a Licensed Practical Nurse and has been a dedicated HIT professional for 16 years with a total of 35 years of experience in healthcare. She is an AHIMA certified Registered Health Information Technician and is a current member of AHIMA, OHIMA, and the local Cincinnati Chapter- GCHIMA.

Gloria Byrd

Gloria Byrd holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, a Master of Theology degree, a Master of Education degree, and a Doctor of Ministry degree. She has been an instructor at National College in Cincinnati since 2008, where she teaches Prep English and Ethics courses.

Gail Clark

Gail Clark began her career in Nursing and advanced to Health Care Administration, accumulating over 20 years of experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs and with a major Managed Care Organization. She holds an Associate of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Cincinnati and is a Licensed Practical Nurse through the Norfolk Technical Vocational Center. She is an instructor in the Health Care program at the National College Cincinnati Campus.

Rebecca Cook
Director of Health Information Technology

Rebecca Cook has served in a variety of leadership positions in the business, non-profit, and health care industry, including data analyst, medical coding, and administrator. She has a Master of Arts degree in human services with a concentration in health and wellness counseling, a bachelor's degree in business administration and health care administration, a post-bachelor certificate in health information administration, and an associate degree in medical administrative assisting. She is also a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), Certified Documentation Improvement Practitioner (CDIP), Certified Coding Specialist-Physician (CCS-P), and an AHIMA-Approved ICD-10-CM/PCS Trainer. She is pursuing an Education Specialist degree. Rebecca is an instructor at the National College Cincinnati Campus, where she also serves as Director of Health Information Technology.

Claude Dallas

Claude Dallas holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University, a Master of Science degree from University of Cincinnati, a Master of Arts degree from Liberty University, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education degree through Liberty University. His professional career includes seven years with Pfizer, Inc. selling fine chemicals to food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic manufacturers in Los Angeles before moving to the Medical Products Division of Minnesota Manufacturing and Mining Co. selling respirators and radioactive seeds for implantation. Claude gained experience as a Certified Pharmacy Technician through Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy. He is a published author, having contributed a chapter to the book "Men to Men" by Zondervan Publishing and a book of poems, "A Legacy of Love: Bridging the Gap," with Xlibris, Inc publishers. Claude serves as an instructor in the health care program at the National College Cincinnati and Florence Campuses.

Karen Edwards

Dr. Karen Edwards is a licensed psychologist who was an associate professor of psychology, A&S Department of Psychology, University of Cincinnati, Ohio, for more than 30 years. She has also been engaged in the private practice of psychology as a consultant and clinical psychotherapist with Pure Light Psychologies. Currently at National College's Cincinnati Campus, she is an instructor of Psychology and Critical Thinking.

Vanessa Enoch
Department Chair - Bachelor Business Management

Vanessa currently serves as the Department Chair for Business and Accounting at the National College Cincinnati Campus. She holds a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from The Ohio State University and a master's degree from Xavier University. She is an entrepreneur who worked full-time for many years as a business consultant. She now devotes most of her time to teaching and focusing on completing her Ph.D. in Public Policy and Social Change. Vanessa has been teaching on ground since 1998 and online since 2004. Prior to that, she worked in the for-profit sector as a Manager with GE Capital IT Solutions, in the non-profit sector as a Chemical Dependency counselor for addicts and alcoholics and their families, and for the federal government as a Paralegal.

Missy Finan

Missy Finan serves as the Department Chair for General Education at the National College Cincinnati Campus, where she has been an instructor for 6 years. She is an instructor of courses in English Composition, Written Communication, and Oral Communication. She holds a bachelor's degree in English Literature, a master's degree in Education, and a master's degree in English.

Jimmy Hardy

Jimmy Hardy graduated from Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing. He has gained work experience as an account executive for Xerox in New York City and Boston and as a regional sales manager for a chain of audio stores in Philadelphia and the southern New Jersey area. He also taught math in the Cincinnati Public Schools system for more than fifteen years, where he still tutors middle school students in math. Jimmy has been an instructor of preparatory math courses at the Cincinnati Campus of National College since 2008.

Ahmed Hassan has been licensed to practice law in Ohio since 2010 and in Kentucky since 2011. Ahmed has been working with the Law Offices of Arnold S. Levine since 2010 in the areas of civil litigation, criminal, and immigration law. Ahmed received his Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati. He is an instructor in the Business Department at the Cincinnati Campus.

Allinda Hostetler is an experienced IT business professional. She has a strong background in information technology and management, achieved through more than 25 years of experience in various industries, including manufacturing, retail, pharmaceutical, government, financial, and education. Allinda has earned various certifications including the Health Information Technology Professional (HITPro) Certification for Implementation Management, the Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet, and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer MCSE. Allinda currently serves as the Director of IT Programs at the Cincinnati Campus of National College.

He received his bachelor's degree in Business & Economics from Washington University, and his Master of Business Administration degree from Xavier University. Eric continues his professional development in leadership, management, and economic development by serving on the board and committees of the local chapter of a national MBA non-profit organization. He is an instructor of economics and management courses at the National College Cincinnati Campus.

Wenona Johnson

Wenona Johnson is an instructor of accounting courses at National College and has been in the educational field for 11 years. She has more than 17 years of experience as a financial and operations auditor for the U.S. General Accounting Office, as well as 10 years of experience as the owner of her own tax and financial services business. Wenona has over 15 years of experience working with non-profit organizations and has worked as a treasurer for numerous organizations as well as for a political candidate. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Yan Krayterman

Yan Krayterman is an instructor in the Information System Engineering Program (ISE) at the Florence, KY, Dayton, OH, and Cincinnati, OH Campuses. He holds a master's degree and a bachelor's degree in Heat Engineering and an associate degree in Network Engineering. Yan holds numerous industry certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, and CompTIA, including MCITP, MCSE, MCDBA, MCTS, MCP, MCPI, CCNA, Security+, Network+ and A+. He has almost 14 years of field experience in IT, mostly in roles related to IT Infrastructure and has worked as IT Department Manager, Sr. Network Engineer, Sr. Network Operations Center(NOC) Engineer, Network Administrator, Help Desk Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, and IT Instructor. Yan has been with National College since 2009.

Kevin Neyland

Kevin Neyland is currently teaching Information Systems Engineering courses at National College, Cincinnati Campus. He received a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, is a Cisco Certified Network Associate, a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and holds certifications in Network+, and A+. Kevin is currently a Network Infrastructure Solutions Architect with General Electric. In addition, he serves as a member of the Cincinnati BDPA and is working towards his CompTia Security+ Certification.

He has been in practice for 15 years and currently has a chiropractic practice with his brother in Dayton, Ohio. Phil Spotts has worked in the environmental field for over 20 years as a regulator with the Ohio EPA and as an environmental manager for a variety of manufacturing facilities as well as a federal superfund cleanup site. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Atmospheric Science from Purdue University; a Master of Science degree in Environmental, Safety, and Health Management from the University of Findlay; and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Findlay.
