On-Campus Recruiting

National College welcomes the opportunity to assist you in connecting with students and alumni in order to meet your recruiting needs. We offer many ways to enhance your recruiting initiatives and will work with you to find additional ways to engage with our students.

We are eager to establish and develop relationships with employers who are looking for part-time employees or externship placements, and/or employers who offer full-time, post-graduate opportunities suited for soon-to-be or recent college graduates.

Visiting Campus

To arrange your on-campus recruiting visit and/or information session please contact the Career Center at the campus near you.

On-Campus Recruiting — You may pre-select the students for your schedule based on your review of their resumes or conduct open schedules, where students sign-up on a first-come, first-served basis.

    • Information Sessions — Employers have the opportunity to offer information about their business and about positions available by conducting an information session.
    • Career Fairs — With just one stop, employers have the opportunity to access a talented pool of diploma, undergraduate, and MBA students skilled in creative and critical thinking, problem-solving, and their field of study.
    • Resume Reviews — if you are unable to visit a campus but would like to review resumes of our students and/or alumni, we can provide you access to our resume books. If, after reviewing the resumes, you would like to conduct on-campus interviews, a date can easily be arranged or interviews can be scheduled at your place of business.
    • Placement Services — We will post your employment and externship opportunities so that you can find the right employee for your business needs.
